1.00The cruise was canceled at 930am scheduled for 11am. This ruined my whole day of activities. Now im waiting 72h to hear back about my refund. Aweful

1.00Trip was canceled without reason within 90 minutes of when scheduled. Very inconvenient when weather conditions were not the issue.

1.00Our trip got cancelled with no notice other then an email only 4 hours beforehand. Very disappointed because we had to travel to get there and planned an entire day of our vacation around the boat ride

5.00The cruise of the harbor & “Millionaire’s Row” was very enjoyable and very informative ~ especially for our visitors from the frozen North! The 1.5 hour sail was just right! Well definitely do it again!

1.00Was looking forward to this tour, but unfortunately the operator canceled 10 minutes after the start time. We were waiting there with the other passengers patiently waiting. Luckily Viator refunded me immediately.

5.00Very interesting tour of the mansions and yachts of the super wealthy. It was inspiring. The captain and crew kept us informed on who owned the different homes and yachts. There was complimentary beverages which was a nice touch.

4.00Nice trip on Fort Lauderdale canal. Extra special because the Boat Show was happening at the time and there were many mega-yachts to see. The narration was very good but at times “cut out.” The complimentary wine and beer is an excellent touch. The dock was nondescript, and some passengers had difficulty making it onboard on time. We left 15 minutes past scheduled time

1.00Firstly, I did not make the trip due to an accident backup on the I-95. We called ahead to inform them and they told us they could not wait on us. Our tickets indicated that we can be refunded or rebook in this case. We still drove down after the roads cleared and got there 8 minutes pass the time (I don't think 8 mins would break the tour but hey, not our rules). The location was hard to find, no signage, no parking, nothing to make it easy for out of town guests, who are not familiar with the area, especially since it was boat show season and the area was CRAZY ($80 to park in some places). I have since emailed & called multiple times as I wanted to rebook the next day which our last day in town but NO ONE has honored our communication to date regarding a refund or rebook.
