This was a great tour of Verona- we really enjoyed the locations and tour guides knowledge of the place. She was clearly passionate about the history, and a wonderful guide! Also enjoyed the listening devices we were given. This meeting place was a little confusing although we got there in the end.

We really enjoyed this 3-hour walking tour of historic Verona! Our guide was super knowledgeable and shared tons of interesting stories about the city’s history. It was a great mix of seeing famous landmarks and learning about the culture and architecture. The route gave us a nice overview of the city, and we got to take in some beautiful views along the way. The pace was easygoing and enjoyable—perfect for getting to know Verona without feeling rushed. Definitely a fun and informative way to see the important highlights of the city!

Mauro was great, and very knowledgeable. The reason for not giving this experience 5 stars is because we were unable to enter the Arena, which was part of our tour. This was NOT his fault, but was a disappointment. He was friendly, and patient with my parents, adjusting the tour to allow them time to rest along the way.

The tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. The tour was well planned and gave us a good introduction to the area. The poor rating is related to the company's business practice. Of it was only about the company then it would be a one star review. However, the guide was amazing and deserved a five star review. I would warn people to stay away from this tour as it is advertised with arena tickets and there are plenty walking tours with out the tickets at a fraction of the cost. Hence, when the guide informed us that the arena is closed for restorations for some time ago. When the tour was done, I contacted the company for the partial refund for the tickets. The company flat out refused and took zero accountability for the false advertisement. Please stay away, as I said, there are multiple walking tours at a fraction of the cost that do not have these unjust business practices in place.

Monica was a great guide. She pointed out things I would have missed if I had explored on my own. Particularly, she shared the different architectural styles (especially the frescoes) that are easy to miss if you are not paying attention. Great tour!
