Your day includes:
• A fully guided tour of the massive Versailles Gardens (with Fountain Shows included on show days)
• A ride on the Little Train to discover hidden gems without the long walk
• A guided tour of Marie-Antoinette’s private Estate and Hamlet/Farm
• Reserved Timed Entry to the Palace: After your guide brings the history to life with his storytelling, you will enter the Royal Chapel, State Apartments, and Hall of Mirrors to explore the interiors at your own pace.
Note: Lunch break opportunities provided at La Petite Venise or Angelina (lunch not included).

If a tour operator books on their behalf and uses the operator’s number instead of the guest’s, we have no way of contacting them directly. 5.00This was an excellent tour from start to finish. The small group size made it easy to hear, ask questions, and move through the palace without feeling rushed. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating stories and historical details that really brought Versailles to life. The grounds, the gardens, and the palace were all explored at a perfect pace, giving us plenty of time to enjoy each part. It was a wonderful way to spend the day and truly appreciate the history and beauty of Versailles. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting a deeper, more meaningful experience!

5.00We had a wonderful day exploring Versailles and learning the history of this special place from Alistair. Alistair brought Versailles to life through the stories, making the palace visit a much more memorable experience than I could have ever imagined. The small group we explored with was the perfect size to meet some new people as well.

5.00What an absolutely incredible day, with a phenomenal guide! Alastair was so knowledgeable, personable, funny and passionate about the story of Versailles and the Hamlet. The tour through the gardens was marvelous, and we loved his ability to pivot when he saw that the Orangery was open. He truly brought the entire experience to life, kept the 12 of us engaged and on track, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a unique and fascinating day.

5.00A tour of Versailles is a must when visiting Paris! The sheer scale and magnificence of Versailles is incredible to behold. Coupled with the depths of its history and the story-telling ability of Alistair (our guide), it was a really memorable experience. I highly recommend doing the full day tour which allows you to explore both the palace and the extensive grounds. Wear comfortable walking shoes and pay attention to the weather reports to ensure you are able to enjoy the full experience come rain or shine.

5.00Great small group tour with Alastair. He was very knowledgeable, personable and friendly. He is enthusiastic about French history and made a large site very manageable. The tour covers the outside gardens and sites outside the main palace. You do the inside tour of the palace on your own.
