1.00Tickets did not come from trip advisor when they said they would and what was sent was NOT Valid.... therefore we had to purchase more tickets from the Versailles costing us an additional €125. We also had to pay for a 16 year old because we did not have ID.... We had already paid £158.59, including a £7.55 charge for our 16 year old who in fact is FREE, but not through this booking service.... We were not the only ones a couple from Australia had spent £200 dollars for a guided tour.... again NO valid tickets.... This trip should of cost us €100 and ended up costings us an additional €162.... Someone is making money somewhere shocking.... The whole situation was embarassing we had queued for over an 1hr and were treat like criminals ... we brought these tickets in good faith DO NOT use this service... Buy direct from Versailles to avoid dissapointment ....

3.00This booking is completely unnecessary. I thought we would skip the lines and have some sort of audio guide at least. No. This included entry only. Still had to wait in the time slot line. Zero audio other than the Versailles palace we downloaded prior (free). Better to just purchase tickets directly from the palace to save $$$ and still wait in your timed line. Definitely not worth $100
