1.00Buyer beware! We paid for 3 tickets at $227 AUD. We never received our tickets and when we messaged and called the tour company no one responded We are now working with our bank to process a chargeback.

5.00Versailles is jaw‑dropping — so many rooms and beautiful landscaping. Our original date was sold out, but the support team found us a last‑minute ticket. A little bit of guidance about entry point would have helped, but still a top‑tier experience.

5.00Visited Versailles with our kids and it was a surprisingly great experience for the whole family. The palace interiors were impressive, but the gardens were the real highlight for the children—plenty of space to walk, run, and explore. Renting a golf cart made things much easier with kids. A bit crowded inside, but overall very memorable.

5.00Versailles is undeniably beautiful, but be prepared for crowds—lots of them. The palace rooms were very crowded, especially the Hall of Mirrors, which made it hard to fully enjoy. That said, once we reached the gardens, it felt much more peaceful. I’d recommend arriving early or visiting during the off-season if possible.

5.00If you love gardens, this place is heaven. The sheer scale and symmetry of the Versailles gardens are unbelievable. We visited in spring, and everything was in bloom. The fountains, sculptures, and hidden paths kept us exploring for hours. The palace itself is stunning, but for me, the gardens stole the show. Wear comfortable shoes—you’ll need them!

We spent hours wandering through the lavish rooms and still felt like we only scratched the surface. 5.00Versailles is a perfect excursion from Paris. The palace is spectacular and very well preserved. The gardens are huge and worth several hours. I recommend buying the ticket in advance and dedicating the whole day to the visit. A little tired at the end, but totally worth it.

5.00A simply magnificent place. The Palace of Versailles is rich in details, art and history. The Palace is impressive, but the gardens are something unique: huge, elegant and cared for to perfection. We spent almost a whole day here without ever getting bored. Unforgettable experience.

1.00DO NOT BOOK WITH VIATOR!!!!! Booked with viator for 1pm and when we arrived to pick up ticket had to reach out to customer support. They contacted the local operator and they did not respond. At 3pm after we had already re-purchased the ticket directly at the palace did the local operator reach out asking if we needed the ticket. No apology from him with the headache he caused. This is a very inconvenient and more expensive service. Never use! Even the museum staff told me it was a mistake to book through viator
