5.00Purchased tickets for the Louvre and Versailles from Viator. I called Viator because I didn’t receive my tickets for the Louvre and spoke to a customer service representative who was very understanding. It turned out I needed to reset my email address. Both sets of tickets for the two events arrived on time.
Tickets purchased at double prices, never arrived ... admission paid again on the spot

1.00I bought family entrance to Versailles, paying more than double, the tickets never arrived!!! We bought new tickets at the entrance so we wouldn't ruin our day. We're waiting for feedback for a refund, so far there's no sign... ever again

1.00Tickets were canceled at the last minute. I think when you book, they don't actually have any tickets for you. They buy them if they can when the public tickets become available, and if they don't get enough, you are out of luck. Read other negative reviews and you will see similar stories. After ours were canceled, I booked with Paris Trip on short notice (at a much higher price) and got in no problem.

1.00Horror along the way! I paid for 2 tickets on June 5 debited on June 7 and in the meantime I could not get the tickets. Chat phone calls I did everything called the numbers even abroad. .the day of the exhibition still no tickets. I had to buy some locally and much cheaper!
