5.00Our tour guide was great. She was knowledgeable and charming. My daughters' were very impressed with the grounds. 3 hours is really too short to view the gardens and palace. You should plan to stay after the guided tour and spend almost the whole day in the gardens.

4.00Not the best tour for people in wheel chairs; stairs as an observation. The museum has no crowd control so it’s like going thru a busy airport without signs of where you are. Both tour guides for transportation and guiding on the premises were great with history, with the timing, with instructions. The facility itself is just a madhouse of chaos inside. The gardens were much more pleasant as people could spread out and always find ways to be in your photos. I would definitely take this tour again, just wish 90% of the people were not there during it.
