Touring the Area: Besides Devil's Pool, there are other nearby attractions to explore, such as Livingstone Island, which provides a perfect spot for a scenic view of the waterfall. Some tours combine the experience of Devil’s Pool with a guided exploration of the surrounding area.
Swimming: Adventurous visitors are allowed to swim in the pool, which is located just inches away from the edge of the falls. The water is relatively calm, and during the dry season (usually from August to December), it is safe to swim. Travelers often enjoy the exhilarating feeling of being so close to the edge of the waterfall.

5.00Exhilarating! Such an amazing, once in a lifetime experience! It may feel scary but the guides are very professional and I trusted them with my life - nobody’s been injured and no fatalities have happened ever. Don’t think I’ll ever get the chance to be on a waterfalls edge again. 10000% recommend, like every excursion in Livingston. Kelvin, Raymond and Eustace were so cool. Having the time of my life here and the people are so awesome. Love Zambia!

A well-spoken, informative, and entertaining. We had great discussions and made my trip in Livingstone a breeze. Highly recommended!

5.00We travelled as a couple in March 2025 to Victoria Falls, among others. Our tours (Angels Pool, Private Game Drive and Dinner River Cruise) with our guide John were very well organized and corresponded exactly to our expectations. John has taken care of everything very well and is very personable.
