5.00We had a great experience with this private tour. Our guides Michael and Mike, and drivers James and Michael, were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the trip. They assisted my grandmother, who uses a wheelchair, ensuring she was safely transported and comfortable at all times, including help getting on and off the shuttle and through the border crossing. The tour was very convenient and well organised, allowing us to see Victoria Falls from both the Zimbabwean and Zambian sides without any stress. We would definitely recommend this tour and would gladly use them again. If travelling with someone in a wheelchair, note that only the first viewpoint is easily accessible, as the pathways further along can be rocky and slippery due to the mist from the falls. Please note that entrance fees are payable on both the Zimbabwean and Zambian sides, and the price depends on whether you are an international visitor, from a neighbouring country, or a local resident. Tips: a raincoat or poncho is provided if you book this tour (but you can bring your own if you prefer). Wear comfortable shoes(long walks and it's slippery), and bring a hat or sunglasses. A sealed sandwich bag is useful to protect your phone if it is not waterproof, as you will likely get very wet. Overall, a very enjoyable and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended.

5.00This is a must visit, the Falls are spectacular and exceeded my expectations by some margin. My guides (Shelton and Delphister) were brilliant. They were informative, helpful and considerate, I couldn't have asked for anyone better.

From.the boarder crossings to returning to our hotel 🏨 The falls were amazing 👏 I cant praise their knowledge and kindness enough....don't hesitate to book!, 🥰🥰thank you x

5.00Pick up and drop off without any issue. Both guides on Sambia and Zimbabwe side are knowledgeable about the area. Waited patiently for us to take pictures. provided with cool bottled water .

5.00I had an unforgettable experience visiting Victoria Falls last December. Shelton from Akost Safaris was an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful guide. My day began with a hotel pickup, followed by a tour of the park where we admired the falls from multiple breathtaking viewpoints, each offering fantastic photo opportunities. After spending a few hours exploring the Zimbabwean side, Shelton escorted us to the next part of the journey—the Zambian side—where we met our skilled guide, Mike. The scenery there was even more spectacular, providing countless chances for stunning photos. It was truly an amazing adventure, and I would definitely do it again. I highly recommend Akost Safaris!

Then on the Zambia side Mike took over and was just fantastic and friendly,he also took us a lot of photos. Highly recommend this private tour.

5.00Absolutely amazing tour guide. He went out of his way to make sure we learnt a lot about the falls. He even allowed us to do the abseiling and waited past his finish time. He was very patient and this is what made me give the 5 star.
