The Vienna Mozart Orchestra Program is available for purchase on the evening of concert. It is approximately EUR6 per program.

Smart evening attire is advised. No sneakers, jeans or shorts are permitted in the concert halls.

VIP seating requires a minimum of 2 people per booking. If you choose this option there must be two or more people in your party. If you book for one only, your booking will be rejected within 48 hours.

Photo ID compulsory at the time of ticket collection

Ticket vouchers need to be exchanged at the evening box office in the foyer of the concert venue. It is recommended to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the begin of the concert.

While the concert hall is stunning, the orchestra and singers magnificent, we were shocked and very pained at the seat quality. It seems they had not changed the pads in 100 years. If you have back issues, etd., think again about going. They charge a lot and then also want 6e for program.

The Mozart concert was very enjoyable and the musicians and singers were excellent. However the seating on the balcony was cramped with very little leg room.

Great experience - the seats are a bit hard so if you have trouble sitting for an hour at a time bring a small pad to make it more comfortable.

The venue was enormous. We opted for category B, but our seating arrangement was terrible. Those who purchased standing tickets for €15 had a significantly better view than us. The program was also disappointing. We attended another smaller venue where the orchestra performed much better. It was a blend of music, opera, ballet, and Austrian dance. This one was more akin to church music. This concert was very boring.

This proved to be a wonderful musical evening and a highlight of our visit to Vienna. The program was well-paced and expertly delivered by the costumed musicians, and the setting was awe-inspiring. I would highly recommend this evening of familiar Mozart music.

The acoustical quality along with the quality of the musicians was unbelievable. The entire experience of being in the golden hall was one not to be missed.

Do not select balcony seats in 2nd or 3rd row. Viator should not sell these seats. They are terrible. We could not see the conductor, 2/3 of the orchestra and the opera singers. Very disappointed.

Beautiful venue, although you must check any coats which is a process - get there early. Be patient because it will take awhile to retrieve then after the performance. The Hall is fairly warm during the performance so dress light. Performance is superb with some of the best musicians in the world. Acoustics are excellent. Well worth spending the evening there.
