The Hofburg

5.00Very good! Jeremiah was super friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Due to a protest demonstration he was unable to do the normal route but he did a different route and we saw so much of beautiful Vienna. Highly recommended.

5.00The old car tour in Vienna was fantastic. The driver was funny and engaging, and the 45-minute ride was the perfect way to see the most important sights in the city. He shared interesting and important facts about Vienna while driving very smoothly. It was both informative and enjoyable. I highly recommend doing this tour on your first day in Vienna—it gives you a great overview and helps guide the rest of your stay.

4.00Nice little fun tour, that shows you the main city sites. Our tour guide was lovely, however his English wasn't very good, so unfortunately I don't think we learnt a lot & had to goggle where we we!

3.00I booked for Chinese audio for my mum but turn out that the guide can’t speak in Chinese, there is also no Chinese audio guide. So don’t bother. The tour checked with me the day before what time I would like to start (could have done it earlier so that plans can be made? Because from the bookings seems like you can start at anytime). Delayed the start time half an hour later just minutes before the scheduled time. Imagine sitting in the cold waiting. Lastly, the instruction to the meeting point could have been clearer eg entrance near to bugtheatre where it just says now front of the rosegarden which is very vague. The ride itself was ok.. the guide tries to explain stuffs as we go along but his English was not very good so it was not very clear. He was friendly though, so it was still ok.

5.00Our driver was Jerry, he was absolutely excellent. Very knowledgeable had grown up in Vienna and was able to tell us lots of interesting facts. The communication communications for the trip contacting us regarding pick up and on the day with first class. I would highly recommend.
