Doing the skip the line tour at Schonbrunn Palace was well worth it. I loved the historical information that we got about the palace, about Maria Theresa and her family too. What makes a Viator tour over the top is tour guides like Catherine who was able to tell us other facts about the family or palace that the regular audio tour cannot. I highly recommend this tour and Catherine!

Our guide was easy to find outside with the green umbrella. With this ticket we didn't have to wait in the long line. He was very knowledgeable about the history of this "summer home". After the inside tour, he took us outside to the gardens and regaled us with more stories of the royal occupants. A highly informative and entertaining tour.

Excellent interesting tour. We went in early November. Before the Christmas markets opened. So it wasn’t crowded which was great. Just a little cold. Our tour guide Raffa was excellent! Knowledgeable and intelligent.

This tour was efficient and gave us a thorough overview of the palace history without being too information heavy. Our guide was nice. The palace is very beautiful and we were able to take plenty of pictures. I would definitely recommend doing an official tour rather than using the self-guided tour. The people using the self-guided tour looked lost half of the time and kept intercepting with our group.

This tour was more than just a palace tour, it was a history lesson in itself. Our guide Allie was fun, extremely knowledgable and an excellent ambassador for Austrian history and culture. I’m so glad we did this and would recommend to anyone!

The guide unfortunately was not native Italian and this made the visit not pleasant. It is not enough to speak Italian, because to have notions you might as well take an audio guide, safe easier to follow.
