  Despite being a rainy day, our bike tour was fantastic! The shop offered ponchos to everyone and our guide was knowledgeable and helpful, ensuring we knew how to operate the e-bikes before we rolled out. We appreciated the history and the insight into some attractions to check out later, off the bike.

  The tour is great, it is a very nice addition if you've had a kind of walking tour in the city center. The vehicles are new and good maintained. Loud applause 👏 to my guide Robert. Highly recommend to everyone as an interesting experience

  We had such a good tour with our guide Horst Harrer. We are on our honeymoon and we had a private tour. He took us all over the greener areas of Vienna. We stopped to see many highlights. We loved it. Horst was an excellent guide.

  I had been on a bus tour of Old Town Vienna the day before the ride, but our guide Karl added a lot of information and took us places we couldn't have gone on a bus. I went on 2 other bike tours on my trip, and this one was the best overall. I would recommend doing some bike rides before starting the trip if you haven't ridden a bike for a while so you can enjoy the tour without being concerned about your riding skills. The e-bike was a lot heavier than a regular bike, so it can be a little hard to handle when you have to walk it. Riding it was easy.

  It was so fun riding all over the city. The shop was great. The bikes were awesome. Loved all the bike lanes and the views of the city .

  We had a fantastic e- bike tour with Horst. He was a great guide and he made it really fun. We covered a large area on the e-bikes around the historic centre and also across the Danube through parks. We would highly recommend booking this tour if you are looking for an overview of the city and surrounding areas.

  Tour guide was very nice , but barely gave any information about the sites . barely spoke , very short . if you want a just a bike and go around town this is the place , but if you are looking to learn something look elsewhere . i have done many bike tours in europe this has been by far most disappointing,

  The ride was advertised as 4 hours, 21 miles. In reality it was 1 hour 33 minutes 14.2 miles. I can verify this by my Strava recording. Before we set off we asked for bottles of water, and being asked to pay 2 Euros. When I showed them my ticket that showed water provided they gave water out FREE. stops were brief - not long enough to take photos. The leader was constantly pushing the riders. The leader had the excuse that is was the first time he had led the ride! On a positive note the bikes were good, but leader reluctant to spend time ensuring the rider had time to adjust their bike. The leader's group control was somewhat haphazard.

  Let me start by saying we had a good tour. Nevertheless it was marred by a very slow start with the one lady not being able to cope with setting up 2 organised tours and 1 large group of bike hires, also organised beforehand. This resulted in a non existent introduction for our tour guide and setting off without any preamble (eg how to use the gike, safety and how to travel as a group). The tour was generally hurried, possibly to try catch up time. So a bit of good, and a bit of not so good. I think more organisation and punctuality would of solved a lot of my comments.
