1.00Beware of tour operator CapitalCityDiscoveries GmbH. They cancelled our tour only 7 hours before start of the tour by sending a email after midnight when we were sleeping so there was nothing we could do about it. We even sent them a message the day before to confirm, but they never replied, and we called them, and they didn’t answer. We understand things happen and sometimes tours get cancelled, but at least notify the customer in a timely manner so we can book something else. This is unacceptable. Do better.

4.00The whole trip was very good, Guides were helpful, the only thing that could have been better was Bus as it was not up to the mark, garbage bin was continuously flipping and driver was bit negligent to it, otherwise it was all good.
