Vientiane, the capital and largest city of Laos, is located in the banks of the Mekong River. This 8-hour tour is lead by an English-speaking guide who will take you to visit historic temples, national monuments, local handicrafts, and Buddha Park. Hotel pick up and drop-off is available from centrally located Vientiane hotels and lunch will be provided.

Covered all the key sites but poor value for money.

3.00The tour was something of a disappointment especially at a price double that of a similar tour in Phnom Penh. The guide spoke adequate English but we had to tease information from him throughout the tour. The tour included lunch (a bowl of Pho costing 3 dollars) adding to a sense of being ripped off.

5.00Really great day with a fantastic guide Khong who shared his knowledge and had a great energy and passion for his city and all it has to offer. We went to lots of different places and he told me special facts I wouldn’t have known without him. The lunch spot was delicious.
