1.00Operator never reached out to confirm time and pickup location. I messaged the operator on Viator several days before my tour to confirm but nobody replied back. I had to get Viator involved and they finally found a WhatsApp number 30 minutes before my tour. I texted that number and they scrambled for a driver. If you like anxiety then this is the operator for you!

5.00Tour was good, driver was helpful and not pushy and eilling to help, mr phong did his best to be nice and corteous. Vehicle was comfortable.
