Good winery, but lousy service from Turistik

I booked the tour on 9 December 2025. We had met at 8:15 at the meeting point, but the departure was at 8:30. There should still be plenty of time to get to the tour at 9:50. The normal journey is just over an hour, but the driver got lost and we arrived at 10:30 am. We missed more than half an hour of touring and the whole introduction of the winery. During the bus journey we were not advised of the delay or offered any compensation or alternative tour. The winery Concha y Toro, the tour they give and the wines if I liked. But that's a cellar thing. The service offered by Turistik was very bad.

The Local is very close to center is safe quiet respectful friendly a good breakfast and everything very clean they offer tourism services so any doubt with them you can get a tour and transfer too

I only took the transport to the vineyard with Turistik and the service exceeded all my expectations. Jorge, who accompanied us on the journey, was extremely friendly and entertaining, giving us interesting facts about chili along the way. The vineyard is beautiful and interesting. Very good experience, we leave very happy.
Excellent walk through vineyard conccha and bull with turistik and guide Jorge.

The tour was very interesting, Sebastian was an excellent guide of Turistik, very professional gave us the necessary explanations in each point and also gave us part of his free time to show us a restaurant with typical very good food. We recommend the services of this company!

Very nice experience, you learn a lot about wines and their making. Jorge and Hector very friendly, always willing to advise. The information that Jorge adds up throughout the trip makes you learn a lot about Chile. I highly recommend it

We loved the experience, super enriching even if you do not like wine. Our guide Jorge and driver Hector excellent, explained everything and were always available to help you, Jorge told us many interesting things about Chile on the way out.
