  I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and their customer service. From the moment I reached out, they showed genuine kindness and understanding during a very stressful time for our family. We unexpectedly had to cancel our trip, and they went above and beyond to help us, handling everything with empathy, professionalism, and absolutely no hassle. They responded quickly, treated us with respect, and helped our family, which truly meant the world to us. It’s incredibly rare to find businesses that prioritize people the way they do. Their integrity and customer care are unmatched. We will absolutely be booking with them again in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone visiting NYC.   Awesome tour experience! Bernardino and Marco were great pedicab hosts with wonderful stories, experienced show information and went above and beyond to show more sites and were very knowledgeable about New York and her history.
