  We had a fabulous experience with Luis ! He picked us up on time and , he was knowledgeable about the city. What to do and not to do and best spots !! We are planning our next trip and we will be hiring Luis again.

  Luis Felipe was an amazing driver. We had never been to Colombia or Bogota before and our experience was so much better due to working with Luis Felipe. He was an amazing driver, but also shared great stories and was so great to get to know. He was early to pick us up and communicated multiple times to ensure we were on the same page. Can’t say enough about him, use him if you want your trip to be better!

  When we arrived to Bogotá we had the most amazing experience with our driver Luis Felipe Ramirez. When we found out that our transfer from the hotel from the airport was going to be with him as well, my mom and I couldn't be more pleased. Just like the firs time that he picked us up, Luis made a riding experience felt like being in a museum with someone that know and loves his country. Thank you Luis for your wonderful service!

  Outstanding communication and extremely efficient transfer. Easy to locate after leaving baggage claim and helped me determine what time I needed to leave to go back to the airport when I departed. Definitely recommend.

  Flying into Bogota for the first time by myself, I was so grateful for Luis's reliable and professional service. I really enjoyed talking with him and hearing about his passion for his city. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. My friend (who used this service the day before me) and I ended up booking transport with Luis two more times during our stay, and each time we were impressed with the level of care Luis took to make sure we had the highest quality service. Definitely the best choice for first-time travelers in Bogota!

  On-time, courteous, friendly, and professional. Luis was at the airport waiting for me when I landed, and he was early to my hotel for my 5 am transfer back to the airport. He offered great insight into the city. An excellent company.

  Brother team, Alejandro & Luis Felipe, were amazing. My partner and I needed round-trip transport from El Dorado airport to our bogota hotel. Luis Felipe drove us both times. He is incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly plus his English is near perfect (they also speak Portuguese and French). We travelled with my wheelchair and we were able to accommodate all luggage easily in their very nice Mazda automobiles. Their cars are impeccably clean, new, comfy, and make for a very sweet ride. Although their cars are very nice, they don’t attract unnecessary attention, which is a good thing in a large metropolitan city like Bogota. We felt safe at all times. Luis Felipe is a careful and thoughtful driver amidst the chaos of Bogotá’s traffic. He texted me right upon arrival to BOG and kept in touch throughout until we met him outside baggage claim. He also showed up 10 minutes early at our hotel before our 4am (!!!) pickup time on our return leg to the airport - you will appreciate this kind of punctuality in Colombia. Luis Felipe is also incredibly knowledgeable about Colombian history and tells you great info as you drive to your destination. I wish I had taken advantage of their other services but we were short on time. Overall, I highly recommend Bogota Driver Guide Service!
