  Yann was amazing. He was very patient with me and my nervousness. He was very knowledgeable of the mountain. My husband and son had a great time doing harder runs without us girls. I would definitely recommend him.

  We booked a full day with PDS on Christmas day. Met Camila at 9am at the lift where she helped guide us to buy the right lift tickets and got our family of five to the top with all the right equipment. We were all beginners. By mid day we were skiing blue slopes and booked her again for another day. By the end of day two, she had all of us skiing reds and excited to ski more in the future. This was more than a coach, she was a guide even booking lunch for us at the best local spot. Without Camila not only would we have struggled to learn to ski, but we would have been LOST on the mountain which could get dangerous quickly. We can’t recommend PDS strongly enough, and Camila specifically!! We will be back!

  Ari has been the best instructor we’ve had so far in our skiing experiences. We truly felt that we were able to progress after spending a full day skiing together. His lessons are clear, well structured, and kept us enthusiastic throughout the entire day. He also shared great suggestions for what we could do in the following days, which was extremely helpful in keeping our momentum and improving further. Ari is kind, respectful, and a genuine pleasure to be around. His extensive experience makes you feel very safe at all times. Thank you so much!

  We skied two days with Bozhin and it was amazing. He took us to the Italian side both days and the skiing was perfection. He took the expert skiers of our group to fresh powder. He booked incredible lunches for us. It was the perfect way to spend our first ski vacation in Zermatt. We will come again and request to ski with Bozhin.

  Ari was a fantastic instructor. He was very friendly and had a lot of helpful drills and techniques. He knew how to push me within my skill level. Would recommend!

  If you are headed to Zermatt and want a stress free and epic day skiing on the mountain, I highly recommend booking with PDS (and Ari if he is available). Ari listened to our desires for the day and delivered an unforgettable experience. If you do decide to include a trip over to Italy, I also recommend booking lunch at Love Cervinia…you will not regret it!

  Seb, our tour guide was an absolute star! Very attentive to our needs and level of fitness. My son's were taken care of with their high energy levels, my fiance was helped with her abilities and I was helped with my level of fitness ( which is not great) Our ages were from 18 to 49 years old but we were all catered for our individual skills and fitness levels. I would definitely recommend this activity, and I would definitely recommend Seb.

  Had an awesome ski lesson with PDS! The session was fun, well-structured, and I made great progress in a short time. Special shout-out to Hugo for his patience, clear instructions, and positive energy — he made the whole experience enjoyable and confidence-boosting. Highly recommend PDS! ⛷️

  Family of 4 (two adults, two 20-year olds) visiting Zermatt and wanting to try snowboarding (for the first time) in Dec before the Christmas rush. PDS did not disappoint. Greg was so fun, an amazing instructor! He met us at gear rental pickup and we walked to the train. We booked a full day so he was ours for 7 hours. For a family of 4, it was worth the price! We actually had such a great time that we booked another full day before the first day was even over. Greg simply messaged the office and they were able to accommodate, no problem. Greg also gave us some great recommendations for food in town. So easy to chat with, we enjoyed having him. Day 2 we decided we wanted to ski instead and Vasco was with us for a full 7 hours. He met us at our hotel and we made our way to the slopes. The instructors are so patient and friendly and accommodating. We decided to leave our adult kids with Vasco after lunch while we squeezed in some views at Glacier Paradise, and they had an absolute blast not having to wait on us to catch up. Vasco also helped us navigate the trains and lifts on the Matterhorn App. We would absolutely use PDS again! They were easy to communicate with, instructors were amazing, and the price was good especially for a full day. Do keep in mind the town itself is very relaxed so don’t worry if you get your messages later in the evening - they’re out doing the things and will respond. We were there 13-14 Dec 2025 (Sat-Sun) and the beginner Sunegga/Wally Park area is busy as expected but experienced instructors navigate the crowds well.

  Bozhin was outstanding. He made the mountain much easier to navigate as we conquered all three resorts in 2.5 days. He was young, energetic and an enjoyable person to be around. He was great at shifting plans around to what we were feeling. Had great recommendations for mountain lunches, dinners in town and fun apres ski spots. Highly recommend.
