5.00It is critical that you visit these places with people that are not only knowledgeable, but passionate about their job. Our tour guide provided deep insights, pointed out unique pieces details that we would have missed otherwise. He also kept our children engaged and excited. They also recommended a delicious local place to get tacos and they have so far been our favorite.

Everything was impeccable, the punctuality, the details, the private vehicle, the quality and preparation of the guide, the attention... definitely a VIP Tour of the first level. 5.00Wow! Wow! Wow! What an incredibly special experience being in a hot air balloon floating above ancient pyramids! I was a bit nervous to ride in a hot air balloon… I didn’t really know what sensation to expect, but it was all quite tranquil and serene. A beautiful journey as the sun rose above these ancient ruins. Following the balloon ride was an in depth exploration of the pyramids. Our guide Hector was incredible! Anything you could ever want to know about the pyramids or Mexican history, he could share and explain. Everything he taught us was incredibly fascinating. The trip was rounded out by a visit to the old and new basilicas de Guadalupe. What a special treat to see the cloak with the image of the virgen mary presented by Juan Diego. Again, Hector was incredible at guiding us through the cathedrals and explaining to us the cultural and historical significance of these structures. I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone desiring both adventure and knowledge.

5.00I’ve been at Teotihuacan a few times but never in a tour. This was our first time with a tour guide and it made the experience unforgettable. Hector is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, patient and fun. Jose, our driver, was also very nice and respectful. Highly recommend this company and Hector as your tour guide. Thank you!

5.00As a travel consultant, there is nothing more important to my clients than truly being immersed in the culture they are learning about. I was so lucky to have Alicia teach me all about Teotihuacan. Not only was she able to accommodate my tour into a bilingual experience for my father (Spanish speaker) and I to both understood the history, but she also gave us great anecdotes that were tailored to the areas that we were separately interested in. Her knowledge for Mexican history and culture was truly the highlight of our trip. Professional yet approachable, she took us on a journey for the couple of hours we shared together. 5.00Amazing balloon journey! I what made it even better was how smoothly things went with Travelezza. Communication before was perfect so I didn’t have to worry. I speak Spanish but still, Erik, our guide and driver made sure we were in the right place at the right time. The meal was healthy and delicious after. A perfect rato g for a perfect experience. Thanks Luisa and Erik for everything!
