Wat Phnom
The first stop will be at the significant historical site of Phnom Penh, Wat Phnom. I will show you the Lady Penh statue and explain the history of Lady Penh before climbing up the steps. The entrance fee is USD1.
Wat Ounalom
This is one of the most important monastery in Phnom Penh that was built in 1442 after the capital founded in 1434 by King Ponhea Yarth. Free Entrance

5.00This was a great overview of sites in Phenom Penh especially if you’re here for only 1 or 2 days. Mr Sop is an excellent and personable guide. His explanations were very informative. He speaks excellent English— something you will rarely get if you just hire hotel or city tuk tuk drivers. Though you only spend a short period of time at many places, you do get to spend significant time at genocide museum and killing fields— truly a quite moving and sobering experience.

5.00This tour was excellent! Our tour guide Sot was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was only in Phnom Penh for 1 day, and I felt like this tour covered everything I would’ve wanted to see and then some. There were only 4 of us in the tour group, so it was a nice, intimate experience. Sot even took us to a local restaurant for lunch. The food was delicious and very inexpensive. The hotel pick up and drop off made it stress free not having to figure out how to get to a meeting point. Overall, this was an excellent value and a great tour, I would recommend to anyone visiting Phnom Penh.

5.00Mr Sop was a great guide. His history knowledge about Cambodia gave us an unbelievable information. The whole tour was fantastic and lunch stop at Eleven Kitchen delicious. We were in Phnom Penh one full day only but have seen most of places we wanted to see. Thank you Mr Sop for giving us possibilities to learn Cambodian history and the city.

3.00The tour covered all of the aforementioned places with the time accorded in each. Even in S21 (90') and the death camps (60') the time was perfect to listen to all the numbers of the audio guide hired at the door. The excellent transport, it is great to be able to enter the vehicle with fresh air and water after each stop. Guide Sophoarn provided very good information on all sites and even answered all our concerns. The only reason I didn’t put 5 is that the guide made several comments and jokes about the current situation in the Middle East and I felt it out of place and in very bad taste. Taking that out the tour was very good.

5.00Phnom Penh completely surprised me. The city is intense, beautiful, and full of powerful history. Every stop felt meaningful and eye-opening. Our guide was outstanding — knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely caring. He didn’t just explain the sites, he made the stories come alive. The landmarks were stunning, but the way he connected everything together made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommended.
