Since 1873, Château Saint-Georges Cote Pavie has belonged to the same family. Today, the 5th generation manages the property in order to make the most of this magnificent terroir.

Saint-Georges Côte Pavie is an exceptional property for the quality of its terroir on the ideal location of the famous hillside of Pavie. The wines produced have always been renowned for their elegance, their finesse and their ability to age.

During your visit, you will dive into the heart of the vineyard to discover the exceptional and unique environment of our property.

We will also discuss the entire specific vinification process of our wines as well as their aging in our cellar.

To end this moment, we will make you taste a selection of three of our best vintages in Saint-Emilion Grand Cru including our Grand Cru Classé!

They have some amazing wines. It was a great experience: started with visiting the vineary, next to the wine production facility and finally the wine tasting. However, the only down side was that they did not provide any food/snack to pair with the wine.

Very Nice presentation. From the tranquil slopes near Saint Emilion village, guided by a knowledgeable person with excellent English. Access to intimate winemaking facilities and cellar. A niche fine wine maker and Château in Grand Cru. Truly worthwhile for the tasting of the property's three fine wines.

Valentino was a great guide, very informative and we learnt a lot although we’ve been on many wine making tours in France and around the world. The wine here was excellent and we bought 4 bottles as it’s the best and expensive.
