  Great tour and very knowledgeable guide. I would recommend to anyone visiting Santiago to visit the Cathedral and take this tour. The only downside was that there was a foot race happening on the streets of Santiago and the finish line was right out side the Cathedral. It was hard to hear the guide at times because of this.

  Carolina is an exceptional philologist, with very high knowledge of the history of Santiago and its Cathedral. He made us a two-hour tour so entertaining and didactic that it seemed like 30 minutes. I highly recommend doing the tour with Carolina. Just fantastic.

  Carolina was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable, engaging, and attentive to everyone in the group. Her explanations of the Cathedral and the Pórtico de la Gloria were clear and fascinating. We felt well cared for throughout. Highly recommend both the tour and Carolina

  With Irena as guide, it was entertaining and beautiful. You could tell she was enjoying this. Unfortunately, I was hoping that it would also lead through the portico. Wasn't such a shame, it was still a nice day

  Caroline was the best tour guide we've had of the trip. Funny, informative, engaging and kind. This 2 hour tour was well worth the price, learned a lot about the cathedral's history.

  Great guide, she was funny and informative with good english. We enjoyed her guiding round the museum and cathedral but the big downside was that we were expecting to see the Gloria but had not included it in our tickets. It was a last minute booking on a phone with not much battery left, the Viator site is not clear that you are booking Cathedral only or Gloia included. The cheaper option should say Cathedral ONLY not Cathedral-Gloria. When I looked at the booked itinerary it stated Gloria visit but that was not the case. The guide had only one extra Gloia upgrade so it was fair to let the individual traveler have it as there were two of us. We would have paid the extra if the site made it clear rather than Cathedral-Gloria and Cathedral+Gloria.

  Guide was excellent - great information and good timing, just the right pace. She made the tour. The tour makes accessing the museum, church and Portico easy. The only suggestion is that on the ticket it should say how to identify the group - ie specific place in the square or colour of umbrella which would have saved me querying all the groups until I found mine.
