Guide Flora was friendly and professional. She guided me to walk around the Panda Base with clear explanations. She shared my enjoyment of seeing the pandas. She also made the car ride arrangements seamlessly with the drivers.

An excellent day all round. Tour was flexible to suit exactly what we wanted. Alex was an excellent guide, great English and made the day a very enjoyable experience from picking us up at our hotel, to guiding us through the panda base to see all the pandas, brining us to a lovely restaurant for lunch with great recommendations of local food to suit all the groups needs and showing us around narrow and wide alley. A throughly enjoyable day out and highly recommended trip!
