This was a great day but they told us to bring too much stuff! You don’t need a towel, bug spray or a change of clothes. Just bring a bathing suit, sandals, sun screen, running shoes and Pura Vida attitude - super fun day!

It was an amazing day trip for our family. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. The food was good. The volcanic activities including trekking, hot springs, mud bath and waterfall all made for an enjoyable and unique experience.

Julio, our tour guide was amazing, patient and very knowledgeable. Taking the proper shoes is very important as you go through a long trail of uneven rocs, it was a great tour minus the lunch that was provided at the end of the tour.. We were taken to a Rancho Don Elias Restaurant, where most of the food trays were empty and the ones with very little food were cold and dry and crusty, it looked like it had been sitting there for a long time, I asked one of the servers if they will be bringing more out, they said No! Very disappointing that no one in the restaurant made the effort to accommodates us. I feel my husband and I ate left overs, and for the price of the tour we should have been provided better food service.

Keith was very knowledgeable. He had great stories to tell about growing up in the area and they related the places we hiked. Jack, the driver, did a fantastic job of navigating the rough roads. Thank you guys!
