Get ready for a bath like no other. Start off with a wonderful drive through the West Coast Road, with beautiful sceneries and old villages. The ride does not stop there, taking you through the town of Soufriere to the only drive in volcano in the world. There clients receive a tour of the volcano and get to bathe in sulphur enriched waters.

St. Lucia

Get picked up at your hotel/Villa between the times of 8 a.m to 9 a.m. Pick up time is given according to location on island. Mode of transport is between air conditioned minibus, car and or SUV. Drive down the west coast where clients are allowed stops to take pictures among the beautiful scenery. This drive takes approximately 1 hr 15 mins. Upon arrival at the drive in Volcano clients will be given a tour of the World's only drive in Volcano and then directed to the sulphur enriched pool to relax and soak in the minerals.This takes approximately 1 hour. Guests are given bottled water and biscuits/sandwiches/cakes. Guests are brought back to their hotel at approximately 1p.m and 2 p.m

They didnt count the people correctly in the beginning for the busses . We were on the bus with a full bus and asked to take another bus so we got off and they proceeded to put us on another bus that was not part of our excursion then left us at a site to meet yet another bus that was not part of our excursion. Very frustrating and stressful. The guide we ended up with did the best he could and was very nice but did not enjoy the experience at all . We were on the ncl epic for the Dec 11th excursion . Also the lunch that was provided was horrible

We had a great host, Richard (my kids now call him Uncle Richard) who took us on a guided tour of the West Coast of St Lucia and down to the mud baths. It was a great experience and were advised on the best things to do and to avoid. Our kids loved interacting with Richard and made the day feel special!!

Had a great experience traveling from the Windjammer Landing resort to the mud baths with the exceptional "Big Merv" as our driver and guide. We were warned ahead of time to wear clothes that could handle getting dirty as the sulphur smell from the mud bath can permeate, so we were prepared. Big Merv provided a rich history of island, explained sites and gave us an education on banana farming. As a guide he accommodated our tight schedule, and as an experienced driver he made the undulating roads of St. Lucia seem calm and smooth. We had a great day and wonderful memories.
Fun - but don't wear good clothes.

So.... this was a lot of fun ... but be warned that the mud residue doesn't necessarily come off of a good swimsuit, t-shirt or other cover up. If you get it on your clothes, even after pretreatment, it may still have evidence of your relaxing mud bath. Wear something you don't care much about! I see a review about Big Rich - yep, he's a great guy and good driver/entertainer/tour guide.

We had the most wonderful day with our guide 'Big Merv'. He was very knowledgeable, and tailor made the day to suit what my family and I wanted to do. Would highly recommend the mud bath, and make sure you request 'Big Merv' as your guide....

We chose the “My Adventure” tour option because that meant we could decide which activities to do under the guidance of Big Rich of Superior Tour Services. This worked out to be great value because we went on our own private tour (two adults and two kids) in our own mini van and literally did what we wanted to do as a family for a very reasonable price. Richard was very friendly and great with the kids. The drive to the Pitons went quickly as Richard would give us some history and facts about where we were passing through. At Souffrieres we did a 40 minute hike which took in some great views. We then did the mud baths and Richard kindly took photos of us. Then we headed to a nearby waterfall and stood underneath it. We were a bit peckish by this time so Richard took us to an awesome local restaurant in the hills with great views. Delicious food at really good prices. Finally Richard took us to a secluded beach at Anse Cochin bay for some snorkelling. Brilliant sea life near the rocks. Thanks Richard, you gave us the best day of our holiday. Cheers Joss
Fun place to take pictures, but the water is too hot after noon, better to visit in the early morning hours.

The activity is fun, but the pool is too hot. Locals go in the early morning, I’ve been told, when the water temperature is bearable. Our guide made some fun body painting on us and we got great family pictures. The mud will stain any lighter parts of tour bathing suits.
