Discover the Old Town of Colonia del Sacramento with an official guide who will tell you the history and curiosities of each place, in addition to recommending the best restaurants and activities in the city and the area. We will walk through the Field Gate, "La Calle de los Suspiros", the lighthouse, the yacht harbor and the church, among others.
The walking tour lasts approximately 1:30 hours and is done in small groups. It starts at "La Fuente Portuguesa", next to the church "Basílica del Santísimo Sacramento", and follows a circular route through the Old Town, ending at the starting point.
Colonia del Sacramento is a picturesque and welcoming city, a must-see when visiting Uruguay or Buenos Aires. It can be seen in just one day, but it is recommended to spend a night to enjoy one of the best sunsets in Uruguay and walk through the Old town under the warm light of the typical lanterns from Colonia.

5.00Absolutely loved this charming city and this charming tour. It's only 1.5hrs but I feel like the tour guide (Iodia) did an excellent job covering a great deal of the town. Would definitely recommend this tour

5.00Nice little walking tour. Idoia was our guide. She was very accomodating since we had a late airline arrival into BA then the ferry was delayed getting across the channel. She moved our tour from 11 am to 2pm then again to 2:30. Highly recommended.

5.00Very interesting history lesson on Uraguay. We walked around and visited a small church, saw flora, and you can choose to visit the lighthouse.(not included but cheap)
