5.00A great introduction to some of the background and history of Nice, told in an interesting, welcoming and friendly way by Soni. A very doable walk on a beautiful January morning - we used the lift to access the waterfall area!!

5.00What an excellent walking tour of Nice! Our guide, Lara, was really friendly and knowledgeable about the history and culture of Nice. We were really lucky to only have one other person with us on the tour, which made it feel like walking with friends. Starting at Place Massena, we took a leisurely stroll through the Old Town and up to the top of Castle Hill. The tour went at just the right pace and was pitched perfectly, with just the right amount of information and opportunities to stop and take in the view. Could not recommend highly enough!

5.00We had a fantastic time exploring old Nice with Lara. We were grateful that she still took the tour which only had my husband and I; normally they would have cancelled if they had less than four people. Lara was amazing giving us lots of insights into the history of how Nice came about; it wasn’t part of France! But it has now become the fifth largest city in France and the second most visited city in France after Paris. We were so lucky to hear the canon ball going off at 12noon! I highly recommend this walking tour, and you can count your lucky star if you get Lara!

5.00Fantastic tour! Lara (or was it Laura?) was a great guide - very knowledgeable and we had a great balance of sites to see, details on the history and some amazing views. My partner had her second knee replacement several months back and was worried about the amount of walking involved but the tour was well paced and Lara/Laura was very accommodating and suggested ways to make it easier - which in the end wasn't necessary. Also - the restaurant recommendations were a nice touch and we went to dinner at one of her top choices - and it was excellent.
