5.00A thoroughly enjoyable morning spent with Arminas and a group of mixed nationalities. We walked the beautiful city of Vilnius and learned about the history of the Lithuanian nation, the tragedy of the holocaust, current politics, culture and food. The snacks were an absolutely delightful to healthy Lithuanian food, savoury and sweet.

5.00Arminas was our guide and he was excellent, I learned a huge amount about Lithuanian history in 2.5 hours. Our guide was not shy about talking about the holocaust and the number of Jewish people slaughtered by shooting. Also he spoke about politics and the current situation, which I really appreciated. From an architectural point of view we saw glorious baroque but also gothic architectural styles. I was pleasantly surprised by the "snacks" not expecting much really, but appreciated very much the beautiful local produce - rye bread, local cheese, apple cake and various other produce. It was genuinely interesting and delicious to discover the local delicacies, I would highly recommend this tour, if you have never visited Lithuania before, like me! In summary, this is a really great tour - we had quite few nationalities on ours South African, UK, Icelandic, Italian.

5.00Very interesting and comprehensive. Group was a reasonable size. There wasnt a question our guide couldn't answer. The 'snack' at the end was a tasting of typical food and drink, which was fun. I highly recommend it.
