5.00Jon is such a great person, filling the tours with little stories besides all the more in-depth information about what you can (and what you sometimes cannot ) see. The tours didn’t feel rushed and I would advise to bring a little more time than expected so you can enjoy all the different sites, ask questions (Jon’s knowledge about the city goes way beyond what you would expect) and find out the best places for pretty much everything. I would definitely book a tour again if I’m back in the city. I really recommend CityShuffles (I heard the sunset Brooklyn Bridge tour is amazing too)!

5.00Jon is an encyclopedia! We had a great time on the walking tour and he managed to pack a lot of sites in to the itinerary. Highly recommend! Well worth it!

5.00This tour is absolutely amazing, and Jon is an incredible tour guide. It is clear he has incredible knowledge of the area, sharing his many interesting notes with us with his great sense of humour too. The tour finished at the 9/11 memorial and the tone of the tour certainly changed, he shared many moving stories of incredible bravery and sacrifice. I've done 10+ walking tours all over the world and New York and Jon is right at the top. Totally recommend Jon and his company to anyone looking for a tour in NYC.

5.00Fantastic Lower Manhattan tour—highly recommend. We covered Wall Street, key spots throughout Lower Manhattan, and spent the last 1/3rd of time at the 9/11 Memorial. Jon our guide was the highlight of the tour —incredibly smart and on the ball. Jon brought the history and significance of each location to life with insights you just wouldn’t get on other tours. The pace was perfect, and every stop felt worthwhile. Overall, a top-notch, informative, and enjoyable experience. Definitely worth it!

5.00I’ve been on several tours with Jon, and he is the definition of a tourism professional. His command of the material is exceptional, paired with outstanding communication and presentation skills. He manages to cover an astonishing amount of ground—both geographically and historically—without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Most recently, we did his Lower Manhattan tour, and it was genuinely mind-blowing to realize how much world history unfolded in such a compact area. We’ve also taken several of his food tours, which are just as expertly curated and engaging. Highly recommended—the best walking tours in NYC, hands down.

5.00Jon noto did a fantastic tour of Wall Street , the financial districts and a very moving history of 9-11. Despite the cold weather we were totally engaged and he added plenty of indoor elements to the tour to warm up and coffee stops. His tour was one of the best walking tours we have done anywhere in the world. We absolutely recommend him and the tour and our only disappointment is we probably don’t have time to squeeze in another tour with him. The history of the financial district was fascinating. He has a great depth of knowledge and is very professional.
