5.00We had a fantastic full-day private tour with Jay through Arrowtown, Wānaka, Cardrona, Cromwell, and the Crown Range. He crafted a wonderful itinerary that included beautiful highlights and hidden gems we never would have found on our own! Jay was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many interesting insights and tidbits of information throughout the day, which added to the experience. The day was smooth and well-paced, and he was thoughtful, flexible, and attentive the entire time. Jay clearly tailors the experience to your interests, and we would highly recommend him and this tour.

5.00Starting from the pick up was a breeze!! Jay makes us feel excited before we begin our journey. Very knowledgeable in his tour and he has such patience while waiting for us. In every stop over, he will explain to us the heritage and historical background of the place. Will definitely highly recommend his tours to my friends!!

5.00My Mom and I had an amazing day with Jay driving to/from the Wanaka tree. Fully flexible schedule with general itinerary but if we wanted less time looking at buildings and more time taking photos that was completely our call. Vehicle: Newer model MG which was great for the two of us in the back seat. But the real advantage is having someone who knows the area and the roads. So we could focus on having fun /sightseeing while Jay drove and filled in details about what we were seeing, the history, etc.
Thank you Jay for making this a very, very pleasant and memorable day for our family.

5.00Lucky to meet Jay on this charter, Green was originally approached from Little Red Books to charter a bus, but she ran out of gear and highly recommended Jay. The result was more than satisfactory than expected! Especially after the comparison with the charter bus guide we met the other day in Auckland, our family agreed that Jay was really super good! Communicate with me attentively before your trip begins to make sure you understand my preferences and recommend it based on my preferences. On the day of the charter trip, come to our hotel in advance and wait for us, and prepare the seat, charging treasure and so on, explaining to us in great detail the scenery and history along the way, feeling like a really wonderful history lesson, really, really great. At a few stops, Jay would volunteer to take photos of our family and really plan our trip exactly as we liked, taking us to see the various small animals our kids liked and taking care of the adults' preferences, taking us to places with great scenery and a sense of slowing down. At dinner, Jay was also very meticulous in helping to communicate with the waiter because of his child's dairy allergies, and even when he was walking to see the waterfall, he was constantly worried that our school bags were heavy, and it was so heartwarming to grab an endorsement bag for us. My son is a bit timid and doesn't have special trust in anyone but his family, especially people who are in contact for the first time. But in a short time Jay made my son giggle and was willing to hold Jay's hand. So Jay really is a very, very gentle and meticulous person. Oh, that's right. Jay also speaks some Chinese and can communicate simply in Chinese based on English communication. Anyway, I really recommend Jay as a driver. If we come back to Queenstown next time, I think I won't hesitate to contact Jay and Green again for a charter bus.

5.00A very good trip, due to the physical reasons my parents are not suitable for registering group travel, we also don't want to rent a car tours (fear of unfamiliar route and tired driving), this trip covers the hot and private attractions around Queen Town, and reasonable price and strong mobility. I communicated with the tour guide Jay the day before the event, hoping to join me with the restaurants and attractions I have booked in the Wānaka area, who in his experience timely adjusted the itinerary and detailed the itinerary arrangements, and will provide multiple itinerary options for us to choose from. During the journey he gave a very detailed introduction to the various attractions and took many good photos and videos for us.

Jay was so lovely and we appreciated Jay's knowledge of Queenstown's landmarks and history. We visited Lake Hayes, Arrowtown, Hotel Cardona, the famous Bra fence in Cardona as well as Lake Wanaka and the famous Wanaka tree Farmers market eat delicious fruits Thank you Jay for a wonderful day out

He gave us just the right amount of information and interesting facts about the history, culture, wildlife, scenery of the various places he showed us.
