This tour can be booked instantly online for adults and children over 150 centimetres (4,9 ft). However, if you want to book a tour for a shorter child, please contact the tour operator to check the availability of seat boosters, which are obligatory in Poland.
Classic vintage minibuses are not equipped with air conditioning, and some are not equipped with seat belts (which is legal with classic vintage cars). However, they have a heating system for the winter.

Tour’s schedule is organised in chronological order. The first part is looking for witnesses of the war in downtown Warsaw. The wounds are still visible - you just need to know where to look for them. Next, the guide introduces you to the international situation in the late 1930s and the WWII outbreak in 1939. It was the time of shock caused by nazi and communist (the Soviet Union captured eastern Poland) terror and the birth of Polish resistance.
Fragment Of Ghetto Wall
The crucial part of WWII history in Poland is the tragedy of Jewish citizens who were oppressed and murdered by German Nazis. Poland was home to 3 million Jews, 300 000 of them lived in Warsaw. In 1940 German Nazis created Warsaw Ghetto and squeezed half a million Jews into it. A few fragments of the Ghetto Wall running between the properties are preserved, as well as the walls of the pre-war buildings that marked the border of the ghetto. The three best-known parts of the wall are located in the former small ghetto, although some are periodically not accessible: the guide takes you to one of them.

5.00Konrad picked us up at our hotel in a communist era van and took us around Warsaw showing us the WW2 sites. He is so very knowledgeable and speaks perfect English which was so helpful It was an incredible history lesson. Konrad is passionate about his homeland which made for an enriching experience. He was very accommodating to our wishes going above and beyond. I highly recommend this tour and if you can ask for Konrad you should do it. He made our visit to Warsaw that much better! 5.00I can't say enough...our tour guide was Konrad. He is brilliant. So nice and personable, so very knowledgeable...I don't know how he remembers all the history but he does and delivers it in perfect English. He was so flexible to our needs and so passionate about his city. He brought WWII in Warsaw to life for us. It was better than I had hoped. I highly recommend this tour. Well worth it.

5.00The private WWII tour of Warsaw in the old commie van was excellent, like a coffee and cars with a WWII ‘in the midst of it’ experience. My guide was super-knowledgeable and was able to highlight Poland’s formation and wartime struggles of a proud nation from the 1800s to modern times. We also chatted about politics, family and the world around us. An excellent day and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of people were staring at the bus putt-putting by, wishing they were me! Konrad was wishing for power steering 😊

5.00Excellent excursion. Guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and sharing. Tour took us through parts of Warsaw only some one who knows the city and it's WWII history well. The tour gave one a real idea of what it was like for the people of Warsawat that time.

5.00Tom was a great guide and helped us learn more about the Nazi atrocities during WWII. The Warsaw uprising was very interesting as was the Soviet lack of support for Poland during the war.
