Have you always wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater? If you want to try scuba, but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, nor ready to dive off a boat in the open water, then Discover Scuba is for you. While not a scuba certification course, Discover Scuba is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world just off the shores of the White Beach and excludes the boat dive or open water dive. To sign up for a Discover Scuba experience, you must be at least 8 years old. No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but you need to be in reasonable physical health.

Accomplish and sign required PADI documentations in the DSD eLearning thru either of the above links.
All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving thru the DSD eLearning (https://learning.padi.com/dsd?store_number=6775). Please review Medical Statement to check if you need a special medical certification from your doctor. You learn the basic safety guidelines and skills needed to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional. You’ll practice a few more skills in shallow water to prepare for your open water dive adventure. Get ready to: • Go over the scuba equipment you use to dive and how easy it is to move around underwater with your gear. • Find out what it’s like to breathe underwater. • Learn key skills that you’ll use during every scuba dive. • Have fun swimming around and exploring.It is a 3 hour session and we have morning (9 am) or afternoon (1 pm) sessions to choose from: - Registration and gearing up at WaterColors - Classroom session - Shallow Water Session: a few steps from WaterColors into the pool-like shallow waters of the White Beach of Boracay - Swim on scuba with your instructor around the shore in water too deep to stand up in
