Looking for at a fun excursion to do together with your friend or family, then don’t miss out on this rappelling. Only 6 km from Nosara downtown, we start the hike though the most amazing landscape. Crossing a lot of small rivers, to eventually end up at the most magical place, deep inside the Nosara’s jungle. The 20 meter high waterfall called “the bad night”. Many people just come to look at the beautiful waterfall, but this excursion gives you the special opportunity to rappel down the waterfall.

We will meet you at the entrance of the waterfall. We start the hike though the most amazing landscape, crossing many small river, to eventually end up at this magical place, deep inside the Nosara’s jungle. Here we will give you all needed equipment and start the safety instructions and practice before we climb up to the top of the waterfall. Then one by one you will rappel alone down the 20 meter high waterfall. If you want a second time rappelling down the waterfall can be arranged. When everybody is finish, we hike back to the car.

We had a great time, our guides Estaben, Kevin, Bruno, and Figo, were incredible. It's a nice hike to the waterfall, and we had an awesome time repelling down the waterfall. They even shared the freshest pineapples and coconuts with us at the end of the trip. I would definitely do this again!
If you’re in Nosara, do it!

This was by far one of our favorite things we did on our trip! Esteban, Figo, Kevin and Bruno were all amazing! I was nervous I wasn’t going to be able to climb up the waterfall, but with the help of the team and the grips screwed into the rock, that was actually one of my favorite parts! I’m even a little scared of heights and had an absolute blast! 10/10 would do again!

Rappelling down the waterfall at Malla Noche was a blast. The walk up to the falls was also enjoyable and very beautiful. Our guides (Danny, Steve, Andres 1 and Andres 2) were awesome. They were very knowledgeable, and they made us feel comfortable with this first-time experience. The hike up was mainly in the shade and it was fun to walk through the river bed and learn a lot about the trees and wildlife. We also took a few jumps into the water from the edge which was very refreshing. Make sure the guides tell you about Andres #3 :)

Our guides were friendly, knowledgeable, energetic, and encouraging! The three waterfalls we rappelled were gorgeous—it was a must-do experience for any Costa Rica adventurers. Our guides even drove out of their way to make find a sloth for us to see. And the locally sourced lunch and coffee afterward were delicious and hit the spot. I would definitely do it again!

Great experience. It was like 3 trips in 1. Start off with a short hike to a secluded waterfall, then the rappelling (no prior experience needed), and finally a swim in the waterfall. Highly recommend it!

Choco, Jose and Erwin a few cracks, excellent descent by rappelling through the falls, make you feel at home always and with very good recommendations and a lot of knowledge of nature

Our first trip was rafting with Chamo and Greivin. They were amazing. Chamo gave us great direction and was very knowledgeable. One person in our group was a bit scared and he made her feel at ease and she had the best time!! Greivin gave us great info on the way out there and even spotted a sloth that they allowed us off the bus to take a pic of. They also stopped at a local market for fresh fruit for our snack at the end of the trip. We had so much fun that we decided to take Chamo’s advice and book a canyoning trip. Jose, Rodrigo, and Andy were amazing!! They had so much patience with our large group and make us feel so safe. Rodrigo went above and beyond and shared so much of his knowledge about the biodiversity of the rainforest with us. Jose also taught us about the river and the hot springs. These trips were the highlight of our vacation and would recommend to anyone visiting the area. We will be a returning customer on our next visit!!
