Visiting this symbolic place, we will see a rich collection of paintings, prints, sculptures, fabrics, goldsmiths, militaria, porcelain and furniture, recreating the appearance of rooms from the Renaissance and Baroque periods. We will visit the Royal Chambers with the famous tapestries of Zygmunt August and wonderful Italian Renaissance paintings from the Lanckoroński collection. We will also enter the Wawel Cathedral and admire the Gothic structure that was once the sanctuary where Polish monarchs were crowned. Rynek Underground
The Krakow Undergrounds Museum on the Market Square, opened in 2010, is a kind of archaeological park where you can observe pictures of the life of a large, bustling medieval city. With the help of modern technology, the authors of the project created the ideal illusion of a lively medieval city. At a depth of several metres below the surface of the Main Market Square, from the Cloth Hall to St Mary’s Church, awaits a true treasure trove of information on Kraków’s past. In 4000-square-meters underground there are streets and stands of thousands years old, and there is atmosphere of the market square - you can hear merchants talking and carts creaking. Scales, coins, clothes, jeweleries and even human remains - all the artefacts were found during the excavations. Walk into the depths of Krakow on a 1.5-hour guided tour of Rynek Underground Museum accompanied by a professional English-speaking guide, and discover the medieval market stalls and the city’s rich history.

Really enjoyable walking tour. The underground part of the tour was fascinating. The cake and the church are just beautiful and friends who have never been here loved it. It's an absolute must in krakow. Our lunch was so chilling that we didn't even eat dinner after! WOW! Thank you for a great time.
