  Excellent tour. We booked with pickup included, the pickup was on time. The tour departed on schedule as well, the boat crew is fun, explains what we are doing and they have snorkel gear on board, they put music as well during the boat trip. The boat is confortable, not a yatch but good for a day trip with bathroom, the lunch was good and it is a fun trip specially thanks to the crew that are talkative and fun . We could not see the blue room due to a problem for docking the boat but they added another activity to replace it. I recomend this trip for a day trip just remember to get your sunscreen and not expect a luxury cruise but a confortable boat and good company.

  Great guides, very friendly. Plenty of food and drinks. Took care of everyone well on a high water day at blue cave when underwater entry was required. Good snorkeling, sight seeing, and enjoyed jumping off the boat! FYI Masks and snorkels all in good shape, no fins provided. Thanks also to the bus driver who made an extra stop for us.

• Missed tour because they never picked us up

  They were supposed to pick us up on the dock of our resort. They literally drove the boat right past us without stopping. This was 10 min after I had called to make sure they were coming to the dock still. I called immediately after we saw the boat go past us and the captain refused to come back and get us. This was the only thing we had booked for our trip and it was extremely disappointing. They offered to take us on a different tour that was completely different than the one we had booked. We really didn’t want to do that tour so we opted for the refund instead. If you book a tour with this company please be wary of the pick up/drop off option.

  Tim, Mitchel, Kevin and Lorenzo thank you. You've given us a wonderful day. Good, clear explanations, a well catered tasty lunch, good music and a relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately the water was just too high for a visit to the blue room, but we enjoyed the other beautiful places you showed us. Icing on the cake.... Be able to see a beautiful sea turtle while snorkeling. A fat one earned 5 stars.

  The crew was amazing. You anchor near the beaches which enables you to jump off the sides of the boat. So much fun!! The food is great and cooked on the boat. The drinks are not premade and there is a large variety. The blue room was breathtaking, I’m so grateful the weather allowed us to go. The crew helps you get under the low entrance to the cave. It’s about 2 meters under water. It was money well spent and the most fun I’ve had in a long time. Tip: if you’re at a hotel that is west of the marina, spend money and get picked up. The bus ride back from the far west beach passes them and it will add over an hour and a half to your ride home.

  We were very disappointed with your tour. Of the 10 catamaran trips we have done in the Caribbean, this was definitely the worst. - There was no pre-departure safety talk. No idea where the life jackets were or what to do in an emergency. All the crew talked about was the 3 stops we were going to and to not plug the toilet. - there were no swim fins provided. - there were no toilets to use after we got off the boat to wait for the bus. This is important as you are serving a lot of drinks to your customers before a long bus ride. - We asked if we could go back on the boat to our point of departure as our car was parked there. We were denied and the captain said the boat ride was 2 hours vs 1 hour bus ride. I checked my Google maps and the drive time in the bus said 1 hour 8 minutes with no stops (hotel drop offs). We had 8 hotel drop offs. We arrived back by bus at the marina around 6:05pm. A 2 hour and 20 minute bus ride. The catamaran had arrived before us.
