Book this tour to check out the west end of our beautiful island. This is one of the most popular tours as you get to see how the locals live and at the same time visit one of the most beautiful beaches in Roatan, Half Moon Bay Beach. In this tour, you'll visit The Roatan Chocolate Factory, The Rum Factory, The Lighthouse (El Faro), Waves of Art Gallery, Roatan Rock Shop, Rusty Fish, Souvenir and Gift Shops and much more. On the way to Half Moon Bay Beach, your tour guide will drive you through the city center, local communities and amazing spots for some great photo opportunities. On the way back, your tour guide will bring you through the mountains and into the beach by Flower's Bay and get more chances to flash a photo.

5.00We were with Dani for the majority of the tour and he did an excellent job of taking us to do what we wanted that was not necessarily part of the preplanned tour. Some of the bigger changes to the itinerary cost extra, but it was worth it. He also dropped us off at the beach so we could enjoy that instead of heading back directly to the cruise port. He coordinated with one of his several drivers, Jayson, to take us to the port from the beach. All of the guides from Dani's Roatan Tour Guide Association are fully aware of all the cruise arrivals and departures and made sure we got everywhere on time. I highly recommend having Whatsapp since it is very easy to communicate pickup from the port since it is hectic there.

5.00We had an amazing time with Dani! He basically let us make the tour our own. We visited all the spots listed and also made local stops for food and drinks. He showed us his personal favorite restaurants, bars, and stores. It was an amazing day!

5.00RTGA was amazing! The instructions and communication for meeting/pickup point were clear and easy to follow. We enjoyed our time exploring the city and seeing local spots to enjoy. It was an amazing time and if we find ourselves back in Roatan we’ll be booking with RTGA!

5.00Although we were looking forward to meeting Dani, our tour guide Mario did a great job. He was there to meet us after we disembarked the ship. He was informative, stayed with us as we shopped and helped us choose Roatan souvenirs. We highly recommend this tour company. Thank you Dani and Mario!

5.00We had an absolute amazing time. PABLO wasa fantastic tour guide. His recommendations were spot on. He advocated for us to get access to menus not usually given to cruise tourist. The art gallery gorgeious. The shell art academy was breathtaking and the boat ride was relaxing with a stunning view. I highly recommend RTGA

5.00I had booked a cruise and noticed that they offered a tour to the Roatan Chocolate Factory. My husband teaches a Chocolatier Class so I was super excited to book this only to discover it was fully booked up and we could not get into the tour group…win/win for us. I found the same tour on Viator so I booked it through them instead. I mentioned that I really didn’t care if we did any other part of this tour as I wanted the Chocolate Factory portion of it for us. Because it was just my husband and I, we were able to spend more than the 15 minutes allowed with the cruise line tour. We had a wonderful day with Guilermo as our guide and Daniel (Dani) talked with my husband and answered his questions. My husband told me this day was the highlight of his trip. Thanks Guilermo and Dani for the wonderful memories. It was the perfect Valentine’s Day gift. Hopefully we will be able to return to Roatan again one day.

5.00I had a wonderful time with Dani! I booked the West End on Viator on a Sunday evening and on Monday morning Dani texted me about doing the tour that afternoon. I was blown away by how quick he responded. I had a blast on the West End tour seeing the Chocolate Factory, Rum Factor, the Roatan sign and the shopping. Dani also took me to a local food shop for pupusas---so yummy! Dani is an interesting person to talk to and made me feel very welcomed. His communication is wonderful, texting me when he was running late (he picked me up at my hotel). I enjoyed the West End tour so much I then booked the snorkeling tour, also at the last minute. I was snorkeling in the east end and wanted to snorkel in the west end so I texted Dani and he immediately responded that he was available that afternoon. He arranged a taxi to pick me up and off we went. The snorkeling was fabulous and Dani even took pictures that he shared with me. I loved my time with Dani and can't say enough good things about him. I will definitely recommend him as a tour guide in Roatan.

5.00Daniel was amazing and saved our day! A day filled with rain had us in a bad mood but Daniel’s Roatan Tour Guide Association came through for us. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly trustworthy. We toured, visited a chocolate factory, a rum company and got introduced to some new cuisine for lunch that was amazing! We highly recommend using Roatan Tour Guide Association if you are ever in Honduras.
