Your West Maui Snorkel adventure departs from Kaanapali Beach. Along the way keep your eyes open for Hawaiian spinner dolphins, bottle nose dolphins and during the winter months you can experience the humpback whales that migrate from Alaska to our Maui waters. The Captain will determine the best sites to visit that day based upon current water conditions. Once in the water, you will observe beautiful tropical fish, honu (Hawaiian green sea turtles), vibrant reef, and hopefully some other wildlife surprises. Then after our second location, back on board you will enjoy a buffet lunch and will be offered access to our premium beers, hand crafted cocktails and other libations as we take a leisurely cruise back to Ka’anapali Beach.

5.00We had a magnificent time aboard Sea Maui!! Between all the delicious food, drinks, the welcoming staff, the WHALES, sea turtles, crystal clear waters, it was ALL so much fun and unbelievably breathtaking 🌺 🐢 ⛱️

5.00Wonderful crew really made the experience amazing. Both snorkel spots selected were beautiful with lots of coral, fish, turtles, and even dolphins in between spots. They validate 4 hrs worth of parking for those not staying in the resorts in that area which was really nice as well.

5.00Great crew, very accommodating. My husband is celiac and they made him a special vegetable stir fry with rice. Very yummy. Certainly get plenty to eat and drink between 2 beautiful snorkeling spots. Also enjoyed sailing leisurely on the way back.

5.00What a phenomenal experience!!! This was so great! We lucked out with great weather. The boat and staff were great, so friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was so good! We definitely didn’t expect it to be that good, but the food was delicious- even our kids loved it. Snorkeling was great, we did 2 spots - saw turtles and tons of fish. Then we were lucky enough to see whales on the way back!

5.00Sea Maui is the absolute best!!!! Our family of five, including three kids ages 7, 10 and 12, took the half day snorkeling tour yesterday (May 2, 2026) and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The breakfast and lunch were delicious and plentiful, drinks of all types were free flowing, the crew was top notch (on it! And super fun!!), the captain took us to two different snorkeling spots with about 2 total hours in the water, and we sailed our way back in. Some people stayed aboard at stops while others were in the water the entire time…this is a fun tour regardless of your age and experience level in the water. They provide everything you need, including gear and instruction, and they take you to safe, calm waters. We had the added luxury of dolphins swimming beside us, which was a treat! There was a kind photographer on board with no pressure to buy the photos, but I’m so grateful he was there to capture our amazing memories!!! I cannot over recommend Sea Maui…we’ve done many family excursions from Alaska to Hawaii to California to Mexico, and this tour takes the cake. It was perfect!!! Thank you, Travis, Nico, Jennie, and Andrew!

5.00Boarding from the beach was fun and the sail to Honolulu Bay was beautiful. We had an amazing time snorkeling at Honolulu Bay seeing many different kinds of fish. The second place we snorkeled was all that great except we did get to swim with a couple of turtles which was amazing! The breakfast and lunch were both bery good...the hulihuli chicken was extremely tasty. On the way back a pod of dolphins swam with us for awhile putting on quite the show!
