My husband and I really enjoyed our tour with Paul. He is extremely personable and knowledgeable. We were able to hear him very clearly using the provided earpiece. There is a decent amount of walking but it goes by largely unnoticed because we were seeing and taking in so many wonderful sites. Even the rain did not detract us from having a great morning. The inside of Westminster Abbey is beyond incredible and not to be missed!

Our guide sosa was very knowledgeable about the history of each site. She went into a lot of detail and offered personal stories of each royal and their families.

Good. Bosa was nice and knowledgable but overall just Good. Big Ben and Buckingham were discussed but not available. In the rain these were a bit disappointing. Westminster Abbey a good experience. Not sure how the audio guide would've compared but okay.
