During your whale-watching cruise, learn fascinating details about all types of California sea life from the onboard naturalist with the beautiful coastal scenery of Newport Beach & Laguna Beach as backdrop. Year-round whale-watching cruises like this one are rare, so don’t miss this chance to see giant blue, finback, grey, minke and humpback whales. Over half dozen different types of dolphin including giant Risso Dolphin at over 12 feet in length, white sided dolphin, bottlenose dolphin, and common dolphin. See super pods of dolphin sometimes numbering over 1000 dolphin strong.
The luxury option includes a spacious yacht with numerous features including 360 degree walk around deck, a lower passenger count and greater speeds for going the distance to see mammals.

We have the potential of viewing giant blue whales, finback whales, gray whales, minke whales, common dolphin, bottlenose dolphin and many more in their natural habitat! With one the largest marine protected parks just outside of Newport Bay, whales and dolphin of all types can be viewed as soon as you leave the bay. Once you check in to receive your boarding pass and board our vessels, you will have a 15-minute cruise through our beautiful Newport Harbor viewing multi-million-dollar mansions along the harbor coastline as well. Also, during this time, feel free to head to the galley to purchase the beverage of your choice (cocktails, beer, wine, soda or water). Once we hit the open ocean, we will be in search for wildlife of all kinds (sharks included)! Choose a seat inside our galley area or outside for the best views!

2.00Extremely unhelpful staff. We arrived a bit late because we were traveling with a small child, and they made no effort to help us rebook or find any solution. I used to bring friends who visited me here all the time, but after this experience I won’t be doing that anymore. The way we were treated completely ruined the trip, and I simply don’t want to come back.

5.00My family and I had a fun time on our whale watching tour. Harrison and Addison were great guides. They were really knowledgable, and went out of their way to give us an opportunity to see some dolphins and a whale. It paid off too! We saw a humpback whale! We appreciated the smaller boat and group as well. It was easy to get around, enjoy the ocean and see everything. Would definitely do again!

5.00The staff were all super friendly and welcoming, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Just be prepared — it does get pretty cold because of the wind, so dress warmly! Overall, it was still a fun family outing and a great way to spend the day.

5.00I booked a tour on the same day with no issues. The tour was reasonably priced. There’s a lot of activities to do while you wait to go on your tour. There’s staff and captain were great. Worth booking with family, friends, or solo. Beautiful view on the water. It was cool to see the dolphins and whales.

1.00We went on the 1/19 12pm tour and unfortunately saw NOTHING. I understand this is not the tour’s fault, however it is extremely frustrating considering I paid over $120 for 3 tickets. The tour operator did give $7 vouchers for next trip, however this is quite useless when we do not live in the area and I wouldn’t want to risk wasting money again. Hopefully others will get a better experience
