Only from August 1st to October 30th. Go meet the humpback whales on a comfortable and secure boat (32 feets), in a restricted group for a better comfort. The boat allows optimum observation for all passengers and easy access to the water. You will be supervised by a professional guide to swim with the whales.

1.00I booked a tour with you for 13.09.19, however you cancelled on pretext that there was an issue with your boat. I emailed replied to be able to have my money back, but till today there has been no answer and no refund. Can you tell me what are the procedures to have a refund on a trip cancelled by the operator ?
