5.00Our guide was friendly, effective, and efficient. She described people and places and events in a way that left us feeling like we knew a lot but also with suggestions for exploring more on our own. She answered our questions - and anticipated questions before we thought to ask - with just the right blend of general history, her own experience, and stories and experiences others have shared with her. We felt like we knew a lot more than we did before the tour, and more importantly, eager to continue learning and exploring on our own.
