Set sail for a day of swimming, snorkelling and sunbathing in the Whitsundays on this full-day tour with Red Cat Adventures. Cruise around the islands on Thunder Cat, a high-speed catamaran, and discover the colorful underwater world of the UNESCO-listed Great Barrier Reef as you stop at two snorkeling hotspots. You will cruise at high speeds to Hill Inlet Lookout and take the famous walk to the lookout for stunning views of Whitehaven Beach. 5.00The tour was amazing. The trip to Whitehaven beach provided beautiful scenery and an opportunity to enjoy a short bushwalk before indulging in a swim in the most beautiful clear beach. Surprisingly this wasn't the highlight of the day for me. That was the two snorkeling opportunities. Even though it was a cloudy day there were so many fish varying colours and sizes. The coral was also incredible in size colours and variations. I've snorkled in Mexico and up at Port douglas and this ranks higher for me. Well organised and catered (I want that brownie recipe!!) Definitely a great day out

5.00Our Captain was Shanon, she did a very good job, very friendly and funny, also Vicky and the guy (I forgot his name). We had 2h for the Whitsunday’s and that was perfect. The lunch was okei, it wasn’t that much. There was a snack in the morning and one in the afternoon. We had two very cool snorkel trips ans sae a lot of fish’s and wonderful corals. The shipping was very good - no seasickness.

5.00My speed boat trip to the Whitsundays and the Great Barrier Reef was such an unforgettable experience! From the start, our bus driver Donna set the tone for a fun day, and the crew on the boat Sean and Hannah were absolutely fantastic. The food was amazing (way better than I expected!), and Sean’s knowledge about the reef really made the trip even more interesting. The playlist kept the vibes high all day, and even though we had a bit of rain, it honestly didn’t take away from how great the day was. An incredible adventure I’d recommend to anyone!

5.00Shaun, Tyler and Trecia were absolutely incredible — so funny, welcoming and genuinely passionate about what they do. Shaun’s knowledge of the area was second to none. I’ll admit, I sometimes feel a little guilty taking the kids out of school for holidays… but honestly, he taught our kids (and my husband and I!) more than any classroom could. Learning about the history of the area and all the special spots we visited made the whole day so educational and meaningful. Shaun was fantastic with our son, giving him a fish chart to keep him engaged and interacting with him the whole time. He also became our personal photographer and captured the perfect shots of my husband and I — memories we’ll treasure forever. When our daughter felt a little scared while snorkelling, Tyler and Trecia were so kind and accommodating, letting her cruise around in the tender so she still felt part of the adventure. That meant the world to us. The refreshments, the lunch, the organisation — everything was incredible from start to finish. We would 100% recommend this experience to anyone visiting Airlie Beach. Thank you for such a memorable family day!

5.00This was the highlight of our holiday to Airlie Beach. It allowed us to see much more of the Island, and the reef’s that we snorkelled were unreal. We had Donna pick us up and drop us off with the bus service which made the day run smoothly and we had Tristan & Beau looking after us on the boat and they made the day so much better, highly recommend.
Nice day , but disappointed with the crew

3.00Our boat captain will perform dangerous maneuvers by crossing with other boats of your company , being boat captain myself , this was not done with customers on board . I even have videos of this .....

5.00This isn’t a tour. It’s a lifelong memory. This is the third time I’ve done this activity and it doesn’t even get close to getting old. Redcat look after you from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave the boat. The best snorkeling, beach, and scenery IN THE WORLD. If you haven’t done this you are crazy. Thanks guys !!!

5.00This was a beautiful day filled with moments of joy and pleasure. From the boat ride to the hike to the lookout, the powdery white soft sands and stunning colours of the ocean. The snorkeling surrounded by hundreds of tropical fish to the coral reef in all its splendour. Managed very well by Ellie and Captain Jack A lovely day.
Snorkeling was amazing and so to was the hike and exploration of Whitehaven beach. Highly recommend this tour!
