The three-time Australian Gold Award-winning tour visits the world-famous Whitehaven Beach, Hill Inlet lookout and offers two snorkelling opportunities on the fringing Great Barrier Reef.
Thundercat is designed for stability and speed, so it’s perfect for passengers concerned about seasickness. The all-inclusive package departing from Airlie Beach is suitable for families, couples, and groups wanting to experience once-in-a-lifetime moments.

Red Cat Adventures - Thundercat Day Tour
Set sail for a day of swimming, snorkelling and sunbathing in the Whitsundays on this full-day tour with Red Cat Adventures. Cruise around the islands on Thunder Cat, a high-speed catamaran, and discover the colorful underwater world of the UNESCO-listed Great Barrier Reef as you stop at two snorkeling hotspots. You will cruise at high speeds to Hill Inlet Lookout and take the famous walk to the lookout for stunning views of Whitehaven Beach. After taking some magical photos you can enjoy some beach time and dip your toes in the crystal clear water.

5.00This activity was amazing! We had a FABULOUS crew, Madi, Arden, and Randall were so kind and fun!! The lookout is absolutely fantastic! This was incredibly easy from the start and all inclusive- from pick ups/ drop offs, lunch, wetsuits, and more. Randall knew great spots around the reef and the girls were so fun and kind.

5.00fantastic family day made even more more wonderful by Shannon and her all girl crew. They went above and beyond for my nine and eight-year-old granddaughters and made sure they had an outstanding day. Everything was provided, everything was very free and it was the highlight of our trip to the Whitsundays.

5.00We had the most fantastic day! Cooper and Ellie were an amazing crew and were the best mix of organised, fun (and funny!), informative and safety conscious. They did absolutely everything to ensure everyone had the best day possible. The two snorkellong sites were thoughtfully chosen for the conditions on the day and we felt we got good value for money. Bonus good vibes for the soundtrack too! We chose this tour over others as they mention the stability of the boat (as one of us normally suffers badly from seasickness); it's true, the craft is stable and no sickness was experienced.
Amazing in every way and a must do.

5.00Amazing experience, our crew of Maddy and Jarrod were so wonderful. We went in with no idea what to expect and were blown away with how great it was. Perfect conditions helped make the day spectacular. The food provided by the team was fresh and delicious. The whole team were so kind to our 9 and 10 year old sons, making sure they were fitted up properly with the correct gear and offering any and all assistance to ensure no problems. Jarrod and Maddy were so knowledgeable and had some great spots for us to get photos and where to find the best reef sections to explore. A full 8 hour day flew by as we had an amazing time.

5.00The crew (Jayde, Jess and Cooper) were all so lovely and kind, and did everything they could to make sure we had a great time. I do wish the tour had longer at White Haven, but there is only so much you can do to do in a day. The snorkelling spots are so much fun, and you feel safe the entire time.

5.00The terrific trio of Shannon, Coby and Rosie were sensational in all aspects and made our day very special. The food was fresh and plentiful and the big cat made the journey effortlessly despite very choppy waters. Thank you. There is a reason, as locals, that we always chose Red Cat Adventures

5.00Absolutely incredible day out with Red Cat Adventures! We visited 2 amazing snorkel locations and the stunning Whitehaven Beach — the whole experience was unforgettable. The food was fantastic too, with delicious morning tea, lunch and fresh fruit for afternoon tea. Loved that it was BYO drinks as well. Best of all were the staff! Skipper Randall and deckhands Kobi and Jess were absolutely sensational — friendly, fun, knowledgeable and they made the entire trip such a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Airlie Beach!
