Wieliczka Salt Mine

Enjoy a private transport durging whole time of the trip. You are picking up directly from your hotel in Kraków and go to Salt Mine in brand new, luxury Mercedes-Benz or BMW car. When you arrive to the Salt Mine, you will have 15-20 minutes free time before tour started. Entering Salt Mine you collect your audio devices (headphones and receiver) which gives you an opportunity of hearing everything what guide gonna say during the tour. Driver accompanies you until you meet the guide. Sightseeing is provided in group of maximum 30 people. Your first advanture is going inside to the mine to 63 meters underground. Then you are beginning your tour through 3 different levels. During your journey through tunnels of this historical and beautiful place, you will see huge caves, amazing chapel, hear small concert and have a light and sound show. Tour ends 137 meters underground. Don’t worry, you will use elevator to go up. When you finish your tour, driver takes you back to your hotel.

This was an extraordinary way to experience the wonderful salt mines. I suggest to book the first tour of the day because it is the least crowded. There were 15 people in my group and no one was ahead of us. Be sure to see the museum that is offered optionally at the end of the tour for no extra cost. The tour company was outstanding. They worked with me to make sure that I could schedule a second tour after this one back in Krakow (Schindler factory). They were easy to reach when I had questions. It is absolutely worthwhile to have the door to door pick up for very little extra money.

Fantastic experience, we were picked up from out hotel by an English speaking driver who was really knowledgeable about the area. The tickets etc were all organised via email and they managed to squeeze us in on one of the busiest weekends of the year in Poland. Highly recommend.

Incredible experience and a very good guide! Beautiful chambers. A bit hard to hear all of it, because we didn’t have any headphones but still great.
Friendly, correct and certainly willing to give all the info about Krakow. And the driver keeps the agreements.

During a stay in Krakow we used YesKrakow. And we liked this very much. We were picked up at the agreed time and during our drive to the salt mines we were told all kinds of fascinating information about Krakow by the English-speaking driver, Piotr. Arriving at the salt mines, Piotr showed us where the entrance was and where he came to pick us up again. Phone numbers were also exchanged if something should occur. The rest of the week I used a lot of masking from YesKrakow and before that I learned a lot about Krakow.
