Isola Vulcano
Explore the wildest and most secret part of the island, visiting the Primordial Volcano. This tour takes you to discover enchanted woods, ancient caves, colorful tuffs and surreal landscapes. During this Hiking Tour you can visit: -The Rossi caves, cavities dug into the volcanic tuff by man in the past and used as homes. -The Monte Luccia forest, a green area in the middle of the Aeolian sea. Along the walk it is possible to see beautiful stratifications of tuff volcano and unique landscapes. -Tuff Desert, a desert area that features colorful tuff stratifications, expanses of volcanic crystals and a promontory on the Fossa Caldera. -Monte Saraceno 500 m, the second highest mountain. From here an incredible view over the entire island of Vulcano, the other islands and Sicily

He is kind, funny, fluent English speaker who is so genuinely passionate about this Island! What a resource, and the perfect adventure! Cannot recommend this enough!

5.00We had two experiences with Marco, a half day with aperitif on a sailing boat and the trip Vulcano Primordial. Both wonderful experiences with super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Marco tells you his passion for the island. He is a very resourceful guy and Advenzu offers something for everyone. If you pass through Vulcan you can only turn to them

5.00Marco was our guide. He patiently walked up the volcano with us at our own pace and gave us ample assistance on the rocky and sandy terrain when necessary. When we got to the top we were treated to some spectacular views of vulcano island and Lipari, not to mention the smoking crater of the volcano. Descending the volcano he was also of tremendous assistance. I highly recommend Marco and this tour!

5.00Marco (Zu) realy took us to visit the nicest places on the island. He is passionate and shares a lot of historical and geological information about the place you visit. The experience realy gains a lot with Zu as your guide. I realy can advice you to contact Advenzu to improve your experience on Vulcano. He is realy customer friendly and helps you out with any information you may need.

5.00We really enjoyed both trips (car tour with aperitivo and vulcano hiking) with Marco. Marco is super passionate about what he is doing and his area, Vulcano! he shows the love for it and its hidden beautiful secret gems, he told us a lot about the places and the history of it,, we also enjoyed a very good wine with delicious aperitif local dishes from the area Vulcano with a magnificent sunset view from the highest area in the mountains, he is also a great photographer he made beautiful pictures of us which was highly appreciated. it was a pleasure knowing and having two days tour with Marco,, the whole experience was phenomenal in this magical island,, highly recommended!

From the excursion to the crater, to the aperitif at sunset, to the wonderful day on a sailboat, everything was perfect. 5.00If you are looking for an authentic experience, something out of the box, not "commercial" you have to rely on Marco di Advenzu... just a chat to put together a personalized program for us... sailing trip from Lipari to Vulcano + apetrek on Monte Saraceno... and what an aperitif! 5.00A wonderful, unforgettable experience... breathtaking landscapes told by Marco who with his passion makes you fall in love with every stone of Vulcano. And then the thrilling finale: sunset aperitif at Mount Saraceno with excellent wine and fabulous appetizers.... The best caponata I've ever eaten!
