  Absolutely fantastic tour to the windmills ,clog factory shop , cheese factory and Volendam (fishing village) .Exceptional service with being picked up at our hotel and dropped off afterwards and for a reasonable price ! Absolutely recommend this tour to anyone !

  Excellent tour in the good hands of our engaging, flexible and informative guide Farry. It was worth the price to have a private tour. Windmills, cheese factory, wooden shoe manufacturer...lots to see and do despite the foggy damp weather on our day. Highly recommend.

  This trip was a great experience. Introduced us to an entirely different side of Amsterdam and showed us the more picturesque side of Holland. As good as the trip was there was one part that really stood out and that was our guide Ferry. He made the day a perfect 10.   This was a wonderful tour and our guide Ferry made it even more memorable. Ferry was very knowledgeable and more than accommodating with our schedule and efficiency in seeing everything. Would highly recommend Ferry and this tour.

  Perfect half-day trip to windmills, cheese factory and boat village for lunch. Easy trip outside of Amsterdam. Omar was top notch and provided us with a private and luxury experience, one of the best of our trip.

  We booked the tour to the cheese factory, Volendam, and Zaanse Schans with our two young kids (ages 3 and 6), and it was truly a fantastic day for the whole family! The tour began at the cheese factory, which was surprisingly one of our kids’ favorite stops! The cheese-making demonstration was short, fun, and very engaging — perfect for young attention spans. They loved watching the process and, of course, sampling all the different cheeses (so did we!). The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was clean and well-organized. Next, we visited Volendam, a charming fishing village that was both beautiful and family-friendly. The harbor views were stunning, and we enjoyed walking along the waterfront, trying fresh seafood and sweet Dutch treats. There were also plenty of shops and spots to sit and relax with the kids. Our last stop was Zaanse Schans, which felt like stepping into a fairy tale. The windmills, wooden houses, and peaceful setting were breathtaking. The children loved seeing how wooden clogs were made at the clog workshop, and they were fascinated by the inside of a real working windmill. It was both educational and exciting, and there was lots of space for the kids to move around safely. The whole day was very well-paced, with enough breaks and flexibility for families with little ones. Our guide was friendly, informative, and especially kind to the children, answering their questions and keeping them involved. This tour was a perfect mix of culture, fun, and hands-on experiences — ideal for families looking to explore the Dutch countryside in a relaxed and enjoyable way. Highly recommended!

  This was a perfect day trip for a family! The best part was that this is a PRIVATE tour so no trudging behind a big tour group of grumpy adults and whining children. Our driver/guide was Ferry who was very nice, thoughtful and accommodating. He guided us through the windmill attraction, took us to an authentic milk/cheese farm, and to the quaint fishing village where we shopped and had lunch. I really appreciated the fact that we got to go on our own pace and we allowed our kids to stop and play and admire certain areas for longer if they wished. Highly recommend!

  We had a very nice day exploring! Our driver was exactly what we expected. He was attentive and knowledgeable. We had one member who has physical limitations and he was very accommodating to her needs. Highly recommend!
