Escape the crowds and spend a day at Cortecorbo Winery, a family-run vineyard in the heart of Irpinia.
You’ll be welcomed by a local winemaker and discover the story of a small winery rooted in one of Southern Italy’s most important wine regions. Walk through the vineyards and cellar, learn about traditional winemaking.
Then, enjoy a hands-on cooking experience: prepare pizza in a traditional wood-fired oven, just like Italians do at home.
After the experience, relax with a long countryside lunch, paired with six different wines from the winery, including the prestigious Taurasi DOCG — one of the most celebrated red wines of Southern Italy, known for its remarkable aging potential.
Each dish is carefully selected to enhance the wines, creating a perfect balance between food and tradition.

-Guided tour of the Cortecorbo vineyards: sensorial and historical immersion in order to discover the ancient origins of Irpinian wines, of Taurasi docg (the most important red wine in the south of Italy) and the story of Cortecorbo family. -Guided tour of Cantina: discover how wine is made through the words of a real wine-maker in a suggestive atmosphere. You can also taste the various wine harvests in order to understand the effects of different wood barrels aging. - Cooking class: learn how to make pizza and "Maccaronara" (typical irpinian hand-made pasta). Having fun you can learn the ancient art of hand-made pasta and pizza. Pizza will be cooked in a wood oven in order to taste the result of the cooking class. - Wine tasting and countryside lunch: The most important irpinian wines from Cortecorbo winery will be tasted during the lunch: Three red wines (Taurasi docg 2016, Aglianico doc 2017, Campi Taurasini doc 2016). Three White wines (Fiano di Avellino docg 2020, Greco di Tufo docg 2020, Coda di volpe doc 2019). Food: hand-made pizza / two different types of hand-made pasta/ local cheese and salumi/ local meat/ dessert. - Daily roundtrip from Sorrento to Montemarano.

5.00Friendly environment, love that family-owened winary. Making pizza was fun and good. Wine is of course great, and Food was DELICIOUS. We bought 6 bottles and home-made jam!! Also we're so happy that we could take kids (4 and 2 boys) there!!! We drove there but others used the bus that that they got thew. You should ask.

5.00CorteCorbo is a magical place nestled in the mountains of Campania. The wines are extraordinary and have deep heritage to the area. I was able to adopt my own row in their vineyards which is such an incredibly special program that they offer. All of the food is homemade with love in the same way that the wine is. This winery is truly one of a kind!

5.00AMAZING! We wanted to experience an authentic, and personable Italian winery. And CorteCarbo did not disappoint. Antonia and son Antonio presented the entire package. A great summary, a tour of the vineyards, followed by making and baking our own pizzas… then of course partaking with the owners… sipping the fantastic wines they make sharing their story and laughing. Followed by more beautiful pasta dishes prepared by Antonia(mim) Even received lively serenade from Antonio. The wines their grapes produce were delightful. I recommend CorteCorbo for a delightful experience from beginning to the very last drop!

5.00Cortecorbo was the whole package of Italian hospitality. Every dish that Antonia made was beyond delicious. She truly gives you all of the tastes of Italy. Making homemade pizza was so much fun. Then there was the homemade pasta that literally melts in your mouth. Casual and family oriented, it was a perfectly wonderful day in the Italian country side.

They give you tours of wine and grabe farm, some back from food and make pizza. Cook pizza and eat it. More food made

5.00Antonio- the son, guided us through the vineyard and winemaking process. The wine was incredible! Antonia (mom), welcomed us like family, serving a feast of homemade food. The setting was filled with love. Antonio played his guitar it was magical! Come hungry!!!
