Your adventure begins in our cozy flight lounge overlooking our most frequent launch site. Savor fresh coffee and snacks as you watch the colorful balloons inflate around you. Once everyone is gathered, your experienced pilots will guide you through a pre-flight safety briefing, after which we'll witness the thrilling final stage of inflation right on the tarmac. As the balloons stand tall, you'll climb aboard and capture a few photos before lifting off into the morning sky. For the next hour, we'll drift along with the winds, utilizing different altitudes to gently steer the balloon towards our landing spot. During this serene journey, soak in the breathtaking views and create lasting memories. Upon landing, the balloon will be deflated, and we'll whisk you back to the airport for a celebratory champagne toast, captivating stories about ballooning history, and tales from your pilots' adventures.

5.00Very nice. The crew was absolutely competent and informative. We learned a lot about the area and ballooning. Ascending by balloon at dawn is indescribable.

3.00My suggestion is if they offer you the alternate location due to the weather conditions at their primary location ( where you meet) just get a refund. It’s a long drive to a not so scenic location that is mostly suburban housing and agriculture. Although the balloon experience was nice, it’s not $300 a person nice to see the backyards of peoples come. Also our pilot Chad was VERY unapproachable when it came to questions. He was bad talking other pilots and had a very cocky arrogant attitude to him. We got no information from him, no balloon facts. When people would ask him questions it often was met with a sarcastic response. Someone asked where Balloons were allowed to fly “ anywhere we want” so me as a pilot said “ well not in controlled airspace since you don’t have two way radio communications with ATC”. “ well he doesn’t know that” The training pilot Mateo was very nice and when allowed, would answer quests questions and interact. At the end we just wanted to leave but he wanted us to stay for a toast and to add tips. We just wanted wanted to leave. Overall I think if we would have flown in where they intended ( I know very well they can’t control weather and know that’s out of their control I don’t hold that against the company ) but if they do just offer the alternate it’s not worth the 60 min drive for a 30 min flight.

5.00Even with a weather directed alternate site takeoff, we had an amazing trip. Chad was our pilot. Has tons of experience and a pretty dry sense of humor. The whole booking and check-in was flawless.
