5.00Right after I booked the tour, Ryan was in touch with me to assure me that we were all set. Our driver Miguel picked us up at our hotel and he entertained us with lots of great stories and information on our way to the winery. The winery tour itself was a lot of fun and the wine was delicious, as was lunch! And I really appreciated that even after the tour, both Ryan and Miguel were checking in with me with suggestions for the rest of our stay in Uruguay. Made us feel very supported and as if they truly cared about our experience. Highly recommend!

5.00Wow! How fun! Miguel picked us up from the hotel and never left our side! He always ensured we were well taken care of! The lunch in the cave was breathtaking! They even got me a coat since it was a little chilly! We also got to meet the owner, he was so sweet!

5.00Miguel picked our group up from the port right on time and took us to the Santa Rosa Winery where we toured the facilities and had a wonderful steak lunch. He was so informative and made the day so much fun. He gave us a lot of fun facts and answered all our questions. I highly recommend not only The Wine Destination, but also San Rosa. It was a great day. thank you to Ryan for putting this together for us.

5.00This was one of the best experiences We’ve had!!!! Miguel our driver picked us up right outside the ships exit. He took us to Castillo Viejo winery. Miguel gave us a tour of the vineyard and explained all about the different kinds of wines produced by this family. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the history of this winery. We were then introduced to the owner Ana who was an absolute delight. After touring the grounds and the wine production Ana served us an excellent lunch paired with some great wines, then followed by an amazing dessert and house made limoncello. This tour was very personal and we enjoyed it very much. Thank you Miguel!!!!

5.00Took an amazing wine tour to Bodega Santa Rosa. Tasted multiple wines and had an excellent lunch. Miguel, our tour guide was excellent well versed in wine, geography, history and made sure we were comfortable the entire time.

5.00Miguel, was amazing, provided excellent service, history and geography. He was familiar with the various wines, did a great job explaining the varieties at Santa Rosa m. Very well versed in English and had excellent recommendations. Miguel was very attentive, made sure we were happy and even when it rained he made sure we remained dry as he had umbrellas for us.

5.00This tour was guided by Miguel who was very knowledgeable about the country and wine production. Our tour was at a very old family winery and we were guided through the process by a family member. Beautiful location. The food was amazing!!!! Served with 4 very good wines. One of the best wine tours we have ever been on, world wide. (Communication with this provider was great.) Our only complaint was that they did not have a strategy for shipping their wine to our home!

5.00This was one of our favorite wine tours we have ever taken, and we have done many! It was a small group of 4 with a knowledgeable driver. The winery was a very old family run business. We were fortunate to have one of the owners provide a nice tour of the operation. We were served 4 wines paired with a fabulous meal. Lovely.
