DA Monday to Friday we offer a classic wine tour with a DAta gui tour of the winery and the barrel cellar followed by an assisted tasting of a selection of our best organic wines. Guests who come to Carus Vini have the opportunity to taste our wines in a familiar and informal environment. Our aim is to make the visitor feel at ease as if they were at home, so that they can remember this moment with pleasant joy. FRA a tasting we talk about Wine, Tuscany, Trips, Family... all in a frame of calm and relaxation. The location of the tasting varies depending on the number of people and the season. In case of rain it will be held in the barrel cellar while in good weather in our garden. At our cellar there is a charging station for electric cars, along with sockets dedicated to electric bicycles.

Fantastic location, completely immersed in beautiful and well-kept vineyards. Guido, the Owner, nice and very passionate, welcomed us with great kindness and friendliness. Very good guys of staff and sommelier, who guided us in the tasting. Really excellent wines, from Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, to the Gran Selezione. Consigliatissimo! We'll be back as soon as we can.

I arrived at the CarusVini headquarters in the late afternoon; it was a place I had long wanted to visit Guido, enthusiastically and professionally led me through the cellars and the barrel cellar illustrating the plants, the process and the innovations he is working on. In addition to the tasting an immersion in the culture of wine in the heart of one of the symbolic areas of "wine in Italy"; I got the feeling of a great attention to quality.

On May 31, 2024 I attended a tasting at the Carus Vini winery. Everything perfect, the place is amazing, Guido and his staff are very kind and make you feel part of the "family". You feel the love and passion with which things are done. Excellent wines, we have in fact made happy purchases. I highly recommend!

The family-run winery stands out for its excellent red wine produced in different consistencies. During the tasting is offered an excellent cutting board with real Tuscan cold cuts and cheeses. An experience to try absolutely, recommended to both Tuscans and visitors from other regions. A real jewel for lovers of good wine and Tuscan tradition.

I went with my wife to have a wine tasting in the beautiful Carus Vini winery between San Casciano and Mercatale. Guido and his Staff welcomed us with a smile. Visited the company, they made us sit under a wonderful veranda overlooking the vineyard. The staff conducted the whole tasting, explaining the various wines and the various pairings. We were delighted with the experience. Super consigliata!

The family-run winery is a hidden gem offering a great food and wine experience. The wine produced by the winery, declined in various consistencies, is truly exceptional. Tastings of real Tuscan cold cuts and bread are delicious and go perfectly with wines. The owner is friendly and helpful, adding a personal touch to the experience. A recommended place for those who love good wine and Tuscan tradition.
