First stop will be a visit to the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery. You'll have free time to watch how the chocolate is made, order yourself an ice-cream or have one of their famous Hot Chocolate's, have a little taste of their chocolate samples, purchase chocolate to take home and time to explore the stunning country views and activities at the Chocolaterie Estate.

5.00Today’s winery tour was far more than just an outing—it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, Mel went above and beyond to make the day truly special. The unique atmosphere of three distinctly different wineries created a well-rounded experience that perfectly suited all six guests. Mel’s personal attention to detail and in particular, to each individual, ensured that everyone felt welcomed and well cared for. Thank you for such a memorable day. 5.00Had an amazing private wine tour with Gauci & Co. Wine Tours and the wonderful Melissa. She picked us up in her beautiful luxury car and made the whole day feel effortless and fun. We visited Yarrawood Winery, enjoyed a delicious lunch at Soumah, stopped at Balgownie Estate, and wrapped things up with a sweet treat at the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery. Melissa was so kind and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable—and she even doubled as our personal photographer, capturing great memories along the way. Highly recommend Gauci & Co. Wine Tours for a relaxed, personalized, and truly enjoyable day in the Yarra Valley!

5.00We did a private chocolate / wine / gin tour with Melissa - we upgraded to a gin paddle as the final stop of the day. Both vineyards we were taken to were great but the one we had lunch in was exceptional and would come highly recommended - Soumah in Yarra Valley. Melissa was a fantastic host and checked in with us throughout the day to ensure we were enjoying our experiences. She also shared lots of local information with us and answered all our questions very patiently! As an extra bonus we saw loads of kangaroos en route - it’s a a lovely drive through Yarra Valley. We’d definitely recommend booking with her…we had a great day!

5.00This was our first time doing a tour in the Yarra Valley region, we also lost a booking last minute with another company and Gauci & Co. Winery tour were able to book a whole tour within a week and get us into all our favourite wineries we wanted to visit on such a booked out day. I can’t vouch enough for this tour and cannot recommend it enough. Everything was perfect from pick up to drop off. Thank you again Melissa and we cannot wait for our next tour with these guys.

5.00I wanted to organise a relaxing wine tasting day out with friends, and Gauci & Co. Wine Tours met all our needs. Our package included three wine tastings in the Yarra Valley Region (Soumah Wines, Tokar Estate and Yarrawood Estate), a 2-course lunch at Tokah Estate, and a visit to the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery. From initial inquires to the day itself, the host, Melissa Gauci, was efficient in her communications, and made this process very easy. She was prompt on the day, very warm and engaging, and professional. Melissa picked up us six women from my house, and on the way back, she offered to do a second drop off. We all had a great day, including sampling some amazing wines, wonderful lunch, and enjoying the picturesque scenery! In hindsight, I think two wine tastings would have sufficed, as this would have allowed us more time to stay at each winery. Also, the last wine tasting (at Yarrawood Estate), included 9 wine tastings which was done in one hour, which felt a bit rushed. It also would have been better to include the option of a cheese platter with the wine tastings (which Melissa offers as additions to her packages), as it really complimented the wine (because we didn’t choose this option, we purchased this on the day). I highly recommend this for anyone who is thinking about organising a wine tasting tour, because Gauci & Co. Wine Tours will do everything for you😊

5.002 words.. "Italian father" ... hard to please.. but GAUCI & CO DID!!!! 👏🙌👏🙌😅 With only 1 spare day to adventure in Melbourne, we couldn't have spent it any better way!! Gauci & Co wine tour was everything we had heard of and more! It couldn't have been more perfect if we tried. Even with the unpredictable Melbourne weather, it was all amazing, professional . Mel was a pleasure to spend time with, she really made me and my family feel so welcomed and even catered our trip esspecially for us with special requirements . Mel was warm, friendly and attentive the whole way through and her excitement and passion really shows!! I would highly recommend Gauci & Co to anyone who wants to explore beautiful Victoria outside of the cbf with a genuine happy and all around GREAT VIBE , GREAT HOST . Thank you so much Team Gauci , we will be back on our next visit to Melbourne for sure!

5.00Had an absolutely fabulous day! Started with chocolate then had the option of three wineries or to swap one out for gin or cheese. After two wineries we had enough wine (one of them seriously gave us a dozen different tastings) so we opted for the cheese tasting. Was a very fun day, great guide and lits of good info. Highly recommemd!
